Արմեն Երիցյանի «սթրեսները». նա այլեւս համակարգի համար վստահելի չէ

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ վերջին ժամակահատվածում լարվել են ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի եւ ՀՀ մարզպետների հարաբերությունները: Բանն այն է, որ մարզպետները վերջին ժամանակահատվածում սկսել են գործել ինքնուրույն եւ իրենց որոշումների մասին տեղեկացնել միայն վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին՝ առանց Երիցյանի գիտության:
Դա ավելի ակնհայտ է դարձել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի ժամանակ, երբ մարզպետները Արմեն Երիցյանից գաղտնի հանդիպումներ ու քննարկումներ են ունեցել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ:
«ՉԻ» աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպումից ընդամենը րոպեներ առաջ են նրան տեղեկացրել հանդիպման մասին, ինչը նշանակում է, որ իշխանական վերնախավը Երիցյանին այլեւս համակարգի վստահելի անձ չի համարում: Դա փաստում է նաեւ այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջերս Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած մարզային խորհրդակցությունների ժամանակ Երիցյանին չեն հրավիրել, չնայած նա ի պաշտոնե պարտավոր էր ներկա գտնվել այն քննարկումներին, որը վերաբերում է իր ղեկավարած գերատեսչությանը:
«ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի առաջացրած «սթրեսն» ու իշխանությունների արհամարհանքը թոթափելու համար Երիցյանը երկրից հեռացել էր Ամանորի տոներից տեւական ժամանակ առաջ»:
