Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տեղը, դիրքը, էներգետիկ բալանսը, հաշվի առնելով  տարածաշրջանային ծրագրերը, չկա այլընտրանք, քան ատոմային էներգետիկան: Այս մասին ասյօր՝ օգոստոսի 5-ին, «Նոր ատոմային բլոկը ՀՀ էներգետիկ և ազգային անվտանգության համատեքստում» խորագրով կլոր սեղան-քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ, տնտեսագիտական գիտությունների թեկնածու Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը:

«Հետեւաբար այն թեզը, որ նաեւ շրջանառվում էր ժամանակին, եւ մասնագիտական եւ ոչ մասնագիտական շրջանակով, որ  ՍԵՊԱ-ում գրված է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ատոմային էներգետիկա չունենա, նման դրույթ ՍԵՊԱ-ում չկա եւ ի լրումն դրա ուզում եմ ասեմ, որ 2022 թվականի փետրվարին Եվրահանձնաժողովը ընդունելով տաքսոնոմիայի իր ծրագիրը, այսինքն՝ կանաչ տնտեսության կառուցման ծրագիրը, հստակորեն նշել է, որ ատոմային էներգետիկան չի հակասում այդ ծրագրին: Այսինքն՝ այ թեզը, որ ատոմային էներգետիկան կանաչ չի, վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի հետ հակադրվում է պաշտոնապես հերքել է Եվրահանձնաժողովը, հետեւաբար մեր էներգետիկ դիվանագիտության մեջ ակտիվորեն եւ հստակ այն պետք է կիրառվի»,-ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ եթե Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը որոշել է գնա զարգացման ճանապարհով,  տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման, հզորությունների ավելացման տարածաշրջանային գործոն եւ սուբյեկտ դառնալու ճանապարհով, բնականնաբար Հայաստանը պետք է ունենա մեծ հզորություններ:

«Պետք է դիտարկել, թե երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարով ՀՀ-ն ինչ հնարավորություններ ունի, ինչ ծրագրերի կարող է միանալ եւ դրանցից ինչ ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի մուլտիպլիկտաիվ էֆֆեյտենր կարող է ունենալ»,- նշեց նա:
