Rossaprimavera.ru-ն գրում է, որ Կոլումբիան գործարկվել է Հարավային Ամերիկայի ամենամեծ լողացող արևային էլեկտրակայանը: Այդ մասին հայտնել են երկրի իշխանությունները։ 1,5 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ փորձնական նախագիծը նպատակ ունի ցույց տալ, որ հիդրոէլեկտրական ամբարտակները կարող են զուգակցվելով լողացող արևային մարտկոցների հետ բարելավել էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը և մեծացնել արտադրությունը:

Կալիֆոռնիայում գտնվող արևային էներգիայի մշակող Noria Energy-ն գործարկել է 1,5 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ լողացող արևային էլեկտրակայանը Կոլումբիայի Ուրրա ամբարտակի ջրամբարի վրա, որն իր տեսակի մեջ ամենամեծ նախագիծն է Հարավային Ամերիկայում:

Noria-ն մտահղացել և իրականացրել է այդ նախագիծը իր գործընկերներ 1Solution-ի, DISICO-ի, G&C-ի, Isigenere-ի և Seaflex-ի օգնությամբ: Ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի ցույց տալ, որ հիդրոէլեկտրական ամբարտակները, որոնք արձագանքում են ջրի տատանվող մակարդակներին, կարող են համակցվել լողացող արևային մարտկոցների հետ և բարելավել էներգամատակարարման հուսալիությունը ու ավելացնել էներգիայի արտադրությունը:

Այդ Aquasol կոչվող լողացող արևային նախագիծը իրականացվել է Կոլումբիայի Կորդոբայում գտնվող Սինու գետի ավազանում գտնվող 340 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ Urra հիդրոէլեկտրակայանում: Այն բաղկացած է ավելի քան 2800 արևային մոդուլներից և ակնկալվում է, որ առաջին տարում կարտադրի մոտ 2400 մեգավատ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա, ինչը բավարար է ամբարտակի շահագործման համար օգտագործվող էներգիան փոխհատուցելու համար:

«Ամբողջ աշխարհում վերականգնվող էներգիայի մոտ 60%-ը ստացվում է հիդրոէներգիայից: Դա անսահմանափակ հնարավորություններ է բացում լողացող արևային զանգվածների տեղակայման համար, որոնք կարող են առավելագույնի հասցնել զրոյական արտանետումների էներգիայի արտադրությունը և դիվերսիֆիկացնել մաքուր էներգիայի աղբյուրները», — ասել է Noria Energy-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ջոնաթան Վանքը մամուլի հայտարարության մեջ:
