Եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, որն առաջին փուլում ծանր ընկալվեց, հենց այն հենման կետն էր, կամ այն հնարավորությունը, ինչը թույլ էր տալիս մեզ պայքարելու մեր ինքնորոշման համար։ Այս մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՌԴ խաղաղապահների գործունեությանն ու նրանցից ակնկալիքներին: Երկրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ոչ պակաս կարևոր էր նաև միջանցքը:
«Եռակողմ հայտարարության կետերի նպատակն Արցախը պահպանելն է։ Այսօր կարծես ոչ մի կետ չի պահպանվում: Մեր պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից պաշտպանվող շփման գծում միայն շատ մեծ է խաղաղապահների դերը, որոնք կանխում են սրացումները և այլն: Այսօր ունենք որոշակի կայունություն այդ առումով և մենք պարտավոր ենք շնորհակալ լինել, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ ֆիքսենք, որ գլխավոր կետերից մեկը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքն է, որը խաղաղապահների առումով չի կատարվում։ Դրա համար ես բազմաթիվ նամակներ ունեմ ուղղված Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությանը, նախագահին՝ խնդրանքներ, կոչեր: Ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք», - նշեց Նախագահ Հարությունյանը՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ սա նաև հետևանք է ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի։
«Ռուսաստանի արտաքին բլոկը մեղադրում է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, կոնկրետ՝ վարչապետին, որ դա հետևանք է նրա կողմից Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ Ռուսաստանին, որ եռակողմ պարտավորության կետերից մեկն է և անկախ իրավիճակից պետք է Ռուսաստանը կատարի։ Երկուսն էլ իրականությանը մոտ են, բայց նաև ես նշեցի երրորդը, որի մասին չի խոսվում, չի բարձրաձայնվում. այսօր դա նաև այն փակուղին է, որը առաջացել է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան ենթակառուցվածքների վերագործարկման կամ նորերի կառուցման առումով», - մանրամասնեց ԱՀ նախագահը՝ հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործում է և շարունակում ճնշումն Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։
