Ուկրաինայում համապարփակ, կայուն և արդարացի կարգավորումը հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե Կիևը դադարեցնի ռազմական գործողությունները, հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։ Նա այսպես է մեկնաբանել օգոստոսի 5-6-ը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Ջիդա քաղաքում Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցությունները, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն։
Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ կարգավորման հասնելու համար արևմտյան երկրները պետք է դադարեցնեն նաև Ուկրաինային զենք մատակարարելը։ Բացի այդ, պահանջվում է հաստատել Ուկրաինայի չեզոք, դաշինքից դուրս և ոչ միջուկային կարգավիճակը, ինչպես նաև ճանաչել նոր տարածքային իրողությունները։
«Զելենսկու խաղաղության բանաձևն առաջ տանելով՝ Կիևի ռեժիմը և Արևմուտքը փորձում են նվազեցնել այլ երկրների՝ խաղաղության թեմայով առաջարկների բարձր արժեքը և մենաշնորհել դրանք առաջադրելու իրավունքը», - ասել է Զախարովան:
Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերին ներկայացրել է ռազմական հակամարտությունը լուծելու խաղաղության իր ծրագիրը։ Դա ենթադրում է Ուկրաինային 1991 թվականի սահմաններում գտնվող տարածքների վերադարձ, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանից հատուցումների վճարում։ Կրեմլը քննադատել է այս ծրագիրը։
Հուլիսի 27-28-ը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած Ռուսաստան-Աֆրիկա գագաթնաժողովում նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստ է Ուկրաինայի հետ բանակցություններին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ 2022 թվականի գարնանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը զորքերը դուրս է բերել Կիևի մերձակայքից՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի համար պայմաններ ստեղծելու համար։
