Որևէ մեկը սպասում էր, որ այդ ոչ ադեկվատ անձի պահանջները պետք է ռուս խաղաղապահները կատարեի՞ն։ Այսպես արձագանքեց Արցախի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը՝ «Արցախի հեղափոխական» կուսակցության Արթուր Օսիպյանի վերջին հրապարակմանը, ըստ որի՝ ռուս խաղաղապահները հրաժարվել են ուղեկցել դեպի Հակարի կամուրջ ավտոերթով գնալ ցանկացող ավտոբուսներին։
Ըստ Հակոբյանի՝ Վերածննդի հրապարակում հայնտված ավտոբուսներն այդտեղ են Արցախի իշխանության, մասնավորապես, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ջանքերով։
«Դա Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գործելաոճն է, իսկ այդ մարդը Արցախի նախագահի խոսափողն է։ Պարզ երևում է, որ ինչ-որ շոու ապահովելու համար է արվում այդ ամենը, ինչ-որ մեսիջներ է Հարությունյանը փորձում այդ ձևով հասցնել»,- նկատեց նա։
Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը նաև վստահություն հայտնեց, որ որևէ մեկը չէր պատրաստվում Հակարիի կամուրջ գնալ։
«Իրենք պատրաստվում էին գնալ Հակարիի կամուրջ, ու ռուս խաղաղապահները չեն ուղեկցո՞ւմ։ Թող 500 մարդու բերեին, որ կգնար այդ մարդու հետ։ Եթե այդքան գնացող լիներ, ռուս խաղաղապահները կուղեկցեին»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
