Պարզվում են Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում օգոստոսի 7-ին կատարված սպանության հանգամանքները

2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին` ժամը 01:00-ին, «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ գլխի հրազենային վիրավորում ախտորոշմամաբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի տղամարդ: Ավելի ուշ բժշկական կենտրոնից հայտնել են, որ ժամը 01:03-ին նշված անձը՝ Արսեն Հովսեփյանը, մահացել է: Հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։
Դեպքի առթիվ 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, և կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ըստ ՔԿ-ի՝ Երևան քաղաքի Ռ.Մելիքյան փողոցի 52 հասցեի դիմաց կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման նյութի հետքեր, 9X19մմ տրամաչափի կրակված պարկուճ, փափմուշտի գնդակի բեկոր, իսկ նույն տան արտաքին պատի մեջից`1 գնդակ: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վրա հայտնաբերվել են կրակված հետքեր:
«Պարզվել է, որ դեպքից անմիջապես հետո, տուժող Ա․Հովսեփյանը բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել «Մերսեդես-Բենց» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով: Բուժկենտրոնի ավտոկայանատեղիում կատարված զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է նշված ավտոմեքենան, որի վրա հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային վնասվածք, ինչպես նաև՝ արնանման նյութի հետքեր:
Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատաքիմիական, դատաապրանքագիտական համալիր, ինչպես նաև` դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
Ստացվել են դեպքի վայրը ֆիքսող տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ հանցագործության հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել է քննությանը հետաքրքրող էական հանգամանքներ պարզելուն, հանցագործության գործիք զենքը, ինչպես նաև հանցագործություն կատարած անձին կամ անձանց հայտնաբերելուն ուղղված հանձնարարություն»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
