Հայաստանից ԼՂ ուղարկված հումանիտար բեռը, 11-րդ օրն է, Կոռնիձորի սահմանային հատվածում է. որևէ տեղաշարժ չկա: ԼՂ-ում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի կառավարման աշխատանքային խմբի ներկայացուցիչ Վարդան Սարգսյանը «Լուրերի» հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ հումանիտար ճգնաժամը ԼՂ-ում ոչ միայն չի թուլանում, այլև ավելի է խորանում:
Նրա խոսքով` գրեթե ամենօրյա կտրվածքով չափազանց մտահոգիչ և ցավալի միջադեպեր են գրանցվում` շոգին սննդի հերթերի մեջ մարդիկ ուշաթափվում են, կանայք, երեխաներ գիշեր-ցերեկ հացի հերթերի մեջ են, առկա են համատարած թերսնման դեպքեր, որ հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի համար առողջական վտանգներով է հղի, նաև մահացության դեպքերի աճ է նկատվում:
Սարգսյանը կարծում է, որ միջազգային հանրության շրջանում ստեղծված ծանր վիճակի առավել լավ գիտակցում, ընկալում է նկատվում, ինչի վկայությունն են տարբեր երկրների կառավարություններից, արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչություններից, միջազգային կազմակերպություններից հնչող կոչերը:
«Ստեղծված օրհասական վիճակում անտարբերությունը պարզապես անթույլատրելի է»,- ասել է նա:
Հարցին` արդյոք այդ կոչերից հետո Ադրբեջանի պահվածքում փոփոխություն նկատվում է, Սարգսյանը պատասխանել է.
«Այս կոչերը հասցեական են, դրանցում ընդգծվում է Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակումը վերացնելու խիստ անհրաժեշտությունը, ԼՂ-ին հումանիտար հասանելիություն ապահովելու հրամայականը: Թերևս պատահական չէ սա, քանի որ Լաչինի միջանցքը «կյանքի ճանապարհ» կոչելը պարզապես վերացական խոսքեր չեն, «Սնունդ կյանքի համար» արտահայտությունը, որ տեսնում եք մեր բեռնատարների վրա, պարզապես կարգախոս չէ, կյանքեր փրկելուն ուղղված այն գործընթացն է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախաձեռնել է»:
Սարգսյանը շեշտել է, որ տարակուսանք են առաջացնում ադրբեջանական կողմի այն հայտարարությունները, որ ուղղված են այս` բացառապես հումանիտար գործընթացի շահարկումներին:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ հայկական կողմը այս նախաձեռնության մեջ ներգրավված է բարեխիղճ ու կառուցողական, նման վերաբերմունք են ակնկալում նաև Ադրբեջանից:
