Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն Իրանի նորանշանակ դեսպանի հետ հանդիպմանը դատապարտել է Ղուրանի այրման միջադեպը

Օգոստոսի 7-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունեց ՀՀ-ում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանիին: Այս մասին հայտնում են Մայր Աթոռ Ս․ Էջմիածնի տեղեկատվական համակարգից։
Նորին Սրբությունը ողջունեց դեսպանին՝ շնորհավորելով նշանակման կապակցությամբ և մաղթելով արդյունաշատ ծառայություն:
Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն ընդգծելով, որ նորանշանակ դեսպանի առաքելությունը համընկել է հայ ժողովրդի համար դժվարին ժամանակաշրջանին, իր գնահատանքը հայտնեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությանը պատերազմի և հետպատերազմյա այս ծանր շրջանում Հայաստանին ցուցաբերվող զորակցության համար:
Հանդիպմանը Վեհափառ Հայրապետը անդրադարձավ նաև հայ-իրանական դարավոր փոխհարաբերություններին և երկու երկրների ներկայիս համագործակցությանը:
Գոհունակություն հայտնելով իրանահայ համայնքի հանդեպ Իրանի իշխանությունների կողմից ցուցաբերվող ուշադրության համար` Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը միաժամանակ բարձրորեն գնահատեց հայկական մշակութային արժեքների ու սրբությունների նկատմամբ դրսևորվող հոգածու վերաբերմունքը:
Զրույցի ընթացքում Նորին Սրբությունն անդրադարձ կատարեց Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում հայկական հոգևոր ու մշակութային ժառանգության յուրացման փորձերին և ոչնչացման փաստերին, ինչպես նաև, իշխանությունների ուղղորդմամբ, կրոնական ու մշակութային արժեքների նկատմամբ դրսևորվող հանցագործ գործողություններին։ Այս առնչությամբ Հայոց Հայրապետը դատապարտելի նկատեց նաև օրերս Ղուրանի այրման միջադեպը։
Իր հերթին դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին, խոսելով իր առաջիկա անելիքների մասին, կարևորեց երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամական կապերի զարգացման գործում նաև միջկրոնական երկխոսությունը: Պրն. Սոբհանին, անդրառնալով տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակին, ընդգծեց հակամարտությունների խաղաղ կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան նաև Մայր Աթոռի և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության միջև առկա փոխգործակցային հարաբերություններին՝ կարևորելով մշակույթի ոլորտում համագործակցությունը, կրոնական երկխոսությունը, միջկրոնական համաժողովների կազմակերպումը:
