Գլխավոր դատախազությունը` Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի վերաբերյալ ներկայացված միջնորդագրերի մասին

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը կքննարկի դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն անազատության հետ չկապված խափանման միջոցով փոխելու մասին միջնորդագիրը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են դատախազության մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Իսրայելում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Արմեն Սմբատյանը ու նրա որդին`Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը ձերբակալվել, ապա՝ կալանավորվել են 10 տարվա վաղեմության ենթադրյալ խարդախության վերաբերյալ գործով, որը քննվում է շուրջ երեք տարի։ Իրավապահները նրանց մեղադրում են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` շուրջ 966 մլն դրամի հափշտակության մեջ:
Մասնավորապես` պաշտոնապես ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն, քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ա.Ս.-ն, վերջինիս որդի, դիրիժոր Ս.Ս.-ն և գործարար Ա.Պ.-ն 2012 թվականին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը ներկայացրել են 800 մլն դրամ արժողության «Գրքի աշխարհ» բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիր կառուցելու կեղծ ներդրումային ծրագիր և խարդախությամբ հափշտակել «Երևանի Պ.Չայկովսկու անվան միջնակարգ երաժշտական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ին անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով տրամադրված, Երևանի Կողբացի 36 հասցեում գտնվող հողամասից առանձնացված 300 քմ մակերեսով, 166 մլն 103 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ հողամասը:
Մտավորականները ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին ուղղված միջնորդագիր են ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով կալանքից ազատել Սերգեյ Սմբատյանին։ Միջնորդագրեր են ներկայացրել նաև անվանի այլ գործիչներ՝ արվեստագետներ, տիտղոսակիր մարզիկներ։
