Երբ ամեն մեկն իրեն հռչակում է ամենագետ, ու գլխից մեծ դատողություններ է անում` հանրային կյանքը վերածվում է քաոսի:
Երբ ժողովրդի մեջ անհետանում է առողջ միտքն ու բանականությունը` նրա երկիրը կորցնում է իր դրական ունակությունները:

Երբ մարդիկ հրաժարվում են բարոյականությունից, հավատարմությունից, միմյանց նկատմամբ հարգանքից ու կարեկցանքից` Աստված էլ հրաժարվում է նրանցից:
Երբ ազգը հեշտությամբ ուրանում է իր իրական հերոսներին, հայրենիքի համար տարբեր ոլորտներում անմնացորդ ծառայող իր զավակներին` օտարներն են դառնում նրա ճակատագիրը տնօրինողները:

Երբ հասարակության համար հայհոյանքը դառնում է սովորական երևույթ, այդ հասարակության դաստիարակած մարդն ի սկզբանե անպիտան է:
Երբ թացն ու չորը խառնվում են իրար` ճշմարտությունն ու արդարությունը ոտատակ է գնում:

Ոչ երանի այն հինավուրց ազգերին, որի անտարբերությունը ծնում է ամբոխվարություն: Ամբոխը մեղավոր չէ, որ իր անկարողությամբ ոչնչացնում է ազգի արժեքներն ու նրա ապագան:
Հայաստանում այսօր տիրում է անիշխանություն և քաոս: Հայաստանը խճողվել է իր իսկ հորինած ստերի, թշնամու գործած որոգայթների, կեղծ հեղափոխական միֆերի, անհիմն մեղադրանքների, միմյանց նկատմամբ ծնած ատելության, չավարտված պատերազմի, չգտնված խաղաղության և մարդկանց հույսերը խորտակող ճահիճի մեջ: Այս ճահիճից դուրս գալու համար, նախ և առաջ իշխանություն է պետք: Իշխանություն` որը գիտի իրեն ծնող ազգի, նրա ստեղծած պետության և մարդկային իրական արժեքների տեղն ու դերը:
