Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընտրվել է ՄԱԶԾ, ՄԱԲՀ և ՄԱԾԻԳ-ի գործադիր խորհրդի նախագահ

ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հունվարի 11-ին ընտրվել է կազմակերպության Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ), Բնակչության հիմնադրամի (ՄԱԲՀ) և Ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակի (ՄԱԾԻԳ) Գործադիր խորհրդի նախագահ` մեկ տարի ժամկետով: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությա ն մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, անդամ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչներից բաղկացած Գործադիր խորհուրդը միաձայն հավանություն է տվել դեսպան Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի թեկնածությանը:
ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայի կողմից տրված մանդատի համաձայն, Գործադիր խորհրդի հիմնական գործառույթներն են հիշյալ երեք գործակալություններին միջկառավարական աջակցության տրամադրումն ու գործունեության ընդհանուր վերահսկողության իրականացումը: Խորհրդի պարբերական նստաշրջանները գումարվում են տարեկան երեք անգամ, որոնց ընթացքում Խորհրդի կողմից քննարկվում և որոշումներ են կայացվում օրակարգային հարցերի շուրջ` տարբեր երկրներում գործակալությունների ծրագրերի արդյունավետ կատարումն ապահովելու նպատակով:
«2016 թվականը Գործադիր խորհրդի և գործակալությունների համար առանցքային տարի է լինելու զարգացման նոր օրակարգի իրականացման առումով. մեկնարկելու են միջազգային հանրության կողմից ամիսներ առաջ ընդունված կայուն զարգացման նպատակների իրագործմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները: Առաջիկա տարին հատկանշական է նաև գործակալությունների Ռազմավարական ծրագրերի միջնաժամկետ վերանայման, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ զարգացման համակարգի արդյունավետության գնահատմանն ուղղված անդամ-երկրների հիմնական քաղաքական գործիքի` Քաղաքականության քառամյա համապարփակ դիտարկման գործընթացի տեսանկյունից՝ ի թիվս այլ կարևոր օրակարգային հարցերի»,- նշել է իր խոսքում դեսպան Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը։
ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ), Բնակչության հիմնադրամի (ՄԱԲՀ) և Ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակի (ՄԱԾԻԳ)Գործադիր խորհուրդը, որին Հայաստանն անդամակցում է 2014 թվականից, 2015թ-ի հունիսին հաստատել է ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացմանծրագրի ու Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան նոր ծրագրերը (2016-2020թթ.):
