Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունները հնարավոր են միայն այն պայմանով, որ ագրեսոր երկիրն ամբողջությամբ դուրս բերի իր զորքերը մեր տարածքից, սակայն այդ պայմանավորվածությունները չեն լինելու ռուս բռնապետ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Այս մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է РБК-Украина-ն, ասել է Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբան՝ Corriere della Sera-ին տված հարցազրույցում։
«Պուտինը գործընկեր չէ (բանակցությունների համար): Նա չափազանց լուրջ հանցագործություններ է կատարել: Կան անուղղակի պայքարի այլ դիվանագիտական ուղիներ: Բայց մենք հասկանում ենք, որ մենք երբեք չենք կարողանա Պուտինին և Զելենսկին տեսնել նույն սեղանի շուրջ», - ասել է Կուլեբան։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինան կկարողանա բանակցել Ռուսաստանի հետ միայն երկրի տարածքից ռուսական ուժերի դուրսբերումից հետո, բայց դա տեղի չի ունենա Պուտինի հետ։
«Այս նպատակին կարելի է հասնել պատերազմի և դիվանագիտության օգնությամբ: Մեր գեներալները գլուխ են հանում առաջինից, նրանց խնդիրն է մղել ռուսներին նահանջելու և հասկանալ, որ խոսելն ավելի լավ է, քան կռվելը: Ինձ հետաքրքրում է դիվանագիտությունը և երկխոսությունը, երբ դա հնարավոր է», - ասել է նա:
Այն մասին, թե հնարավո՞ր է բանակցություններ սկսել մինչ Ուկրաինայից ռուսական զորքերի ամբողջական դուրսբերումը, Կուլեբան ասել է, որ դա կախված է հանգամանքներից։
«Մենք ռուսների խոսքին չենք հավատում: Նախքան փոխզիջման գնալը (բանակցությունների հարցում), մենք կցանկանայինք համոզվել, որ դա լուրջ է, այլ ոչ թե կեղծիք: Որ ռուսները հետո չեն վերադառնա, որ նորից հարձակվեն մեզ վրա: Ես հասկանում եմ այս հարցերն ու դրանց տրամաբանությունը, բայց միանշանակ պատասխաններ չեմ կարող տալ, վտանգված է միլիոնավոր մարդկանց կյանքը»,- շեշտել է ԱԳ նախարարը:
