Արցախ հումանիտար բեռներ տեղափոխող, 22 բեռնատարից բաղկացած ավտոշարասյունը արդեն 16 օր է` անշարժ կանգնած է Կոռնիձորի սահմանային հատվածում:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի կառավարման աշխատանքային խմբի ներկայացուցիչ Վարդան Սարգսյանը «Լուրերի» հետ զրույցում ամփոփելով այս օրերի արձանագրումները, նշեց` այս օրերի ընթացքում Կոռնիձորի սահմանային հատված են այցելել ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական կորպուսի, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, և մասնավորապես, ՄԱԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի, ՄԱԿ գործակալությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որ ականատես են եղել` արդեն ութ ամիս արգելափակված Լաչինի միջանցքը փակ է, հումանիտար ուղեբեռը դրա հետևանքով հնարավոր չէ հասցնել Արցախի ժողովրդին:
Սարգսյանը նշեց` Կոռնիձորի այս հատված այցելել են նաև բազմաթիվ միջազգային հեղինակավոր ԶԼՄ ներկայացուիցիչներ, որ, գտնվելով ադրբեջանական ապօրինաբար տեղադրված հսկիչ անցագրային կետից տեսանելի հեռավորության վրա, սեփական աչքերով տեսել, հավաստիացել են, որ անցակետում որևէ շարժ չկա, այն որևէ մեկին չի սպասարկում:
«Չնայած միջազգային հանրության կողմից ընդհանուր ուշադրության և հետաքրքրության աճին, խորացող ճգնաժամի վերաբերյալ հնչող հայտարարություններին ու մտահոգությունեներին, լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներին, դեռ տարօրինակ կերպով ականատես ենք լինում ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարարություններին, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը բաց է, սակայն այն որևէ աղերս չունի իրականության հետ»,- ասաց նա:
Սարգսյանի խոսքով` որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չկա, որ ՀՀ կառավարության այս նախաձեռնությունը բացառապես հումանիտար է, և Ադրբեջանի անհիմն շահարկումները, թեման քաղաքականացնելու փորձերը չեն կարող ստվեր գցել այս գործընթացի վրա:
«Հուսով եմ` այս բացառապես հումանիտար նախաձեռնությունը հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել, և բարդագույն մարտահրավերների բախվող ԼՂ 120 000 բնակչության կարիքները հնարավոր կլինի ուղեբեռի միջոցով հոգալ»,- ասաց նա:
Բեռի փչանալու վտանգն օրեցօր ավելանում է, այս ուղղությամբ ինչ քայլեր են արվում: Այս հարցին Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց.
«Բեռնատարները, գոնե նրանք, որտեղ պիտանելիության և որոշակի ջերմաստիճանի պահպանման խնդիրներ ունեցող բեռներ են, հագեցած են համապատասխան սառեցման, հովացման համակարգերով: Տվյալ պարագայում, հաշվի առնելով, որ արդեն 16 օր է` բեռնատարներն անշարժ են, տեխնիկապես դրանք վերահսկելի պահելու առումով որոշակի բարդություններ առաջանում են: Ամեն դեպքում, մինչ այս պահը պարբերաբար հովացման համակարգերը միացվում են, և այդ խնդիրը առկա չէ»:
