Ա.Հ.-ն, զբաղեցնելով «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ ԲԿ» ՓԲ ընկերության պաթանատոմիական բաժանմունքի կրտսեր բուժաշխատողի հաստիքը, 2010-2018 թվականների ընթացքում բժշկական կենտրոնից մի խումբ անձանց օժանդակությամբ խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է 12 մլն 282 հազար 329 դրամ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են Գլխավոր դատախազությունից։
Քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Ա.Հ.-ն, աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չկատարելու և վարձատրություն ստանալու մտադրությամբ, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, 2010 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Ա.Մ.-ի հետ կնքել է աշխատանքային պայմանագիր և նշանակվել բժշկական կենտրոնի պաթանատոմիական բաժանմունքում՝ որպես կրտսեր բուժաշխատող և մինչև 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստացել է աշխատավարձ՝ չկատարելով աշխատանքային պարտականությունները:
Մասնավորապես, պաթանատոմիական բաժանմունքի վարիչ Ա.Բ.-ն, նախնական համաձայնության է եկել իրեն ժամանակավորապես փոխարինած Մ.Բ.-ի, Մ.Ս.-ի, ավագ բուժքրոջ հաստիքը զբաղեցրած Ա.Ա.-ի, վերջինիս փոխարինած բուժաշխատողներ Ա.Մ.-ի և Լ.Գ.-ի հետ և աշխատաժամանակի հաշվարկի տեղեկագրերում լրացրել կեղծ տեղեկություններ՝ Ա.Հ.-ի՝ 2010 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ից մինչև 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ն աշխատանքի հաճախելու վերաբերյալ:
Դատախազը 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ի որոշումներով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Ա.Հ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելը), Ա.Բ.-ի և Ա.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ 46-255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կատարված խարդախությանն օժանդակելը) և 457-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ փաստաթղթեր, ձևաթղթեր կեղծելը կամ կեղծ փաստաթղթեր, ձևաթղթեր իրացնելը, պատրաստելը կամ օգտագործելը):
