«Հատիսի բարիքներ» ընկերության հյութեղ և յուրահատուկ համով լոլիկներն աճում են 3600քմ տարածք զբաղեցնող վերջին սերնդի գեոթերմալ հիդրոպոնիկ ջերմատանը։ Վերջինս խնայում է բոլոր ռեսուրսները՝ ջուրը, ջեռուցումը, հովացումն ու էլեկտրաէներգիան։ 

Ջերմատան հիմնադիրները ընկերներ Դավիթն ու Վահանն են, ովքեր նախկինում աշխատել են բանկային ոլորտում։ Սկզբում միասին ստեղծեցին պլաստիկ շշերի, հետո՝ տարածաշրջանում անվադողերի վերամշակման եզակի գործարան, որի արդյունքում ստացվում է վառելիք, որով էլ ջեռուցում են ջերմատունը։ 

Ընկերներն աշխատանքը բաշխել են. Դավիթը զբաղվում է տեխնիկական հարցերով, Վահանը՝ ադմինիստրատիվ։ Գործում ամեն բան սովորում են սեփական փորձով։ Տեղանքը ընտրելիս հաշվի են առել, որ ջերմատունը լինի Հայաստանի արևոտ կողմերից մեկում։ 

«Հատիսի բարիքների» գործընկերն Ակբա բանկն է, որը հենց սկզբից հավատաց երկու ընկերների նորարար ջերմատուն ստեղծելու գաղափարին։

«Այս ամեն ինչն այսքան արագ չէր հաջողվի առանց վստահելի գործընկերոջ: Այս առումով Ակբա բանկն ու Ակբա Լիզինգն արագ կերպով արձագանքեցին ու «կիսեցին» մեր իննովացիոն ներդրումային գործը: Ոչ բոլոր իննովացիաներն են, որ կարող են հաջողել, բայց մեր գործընկերները վստահեցին ու շարունակում ենք համատեղ զարգանալ»,- նշում է «Հատիսի բարիքներ» ընկերության համահիմնադիր Դավիթ Քարամյանը:
