Ռուսական Коммерсантъ պարբերականը «Արցախն ընդդեմ Ղարաբաղի» վերտառությամբ հոդվածով անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակմանը:

Ըստ պարբերականի՝ Մոսկվայում իրավիճակը գնահատում են շատ բարդ և կարծում են, որ Բաքուն զիջումների տրամադրված չէ։

«Իրավիճակն ինչ-որ կերպ հանդարտեցնելու բոլոր փորձերը, որոնք ձեռնարկում ենք մենք, Արևմուտքը, միջազգային կազմակերպությունները, ոչնչի չեն հանգեցնում։ Բաքուն չի նահանջում»,- ասել է Коммерсантъ-ի՝ Ռուսաստանի պետական կառույցները ներկայացնող զրուցակիցը, որը ծանոթ է տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին։ Միաժամանակ, նա նշել է, որ ԼՂՀ իշխանությունները նույնպես դիմադրում են:

Որպես օրինակ՝ նա բերել է Բաքվի՝ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհով՝ Ակնայի (Աղդամ) միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ մատակարարումներ անելու առաջարկը, որը Ստեփանակերտը մերժել է։

Սակայն զրուցակիցը կարծում է, որ Ակնայով ճանապարհն ի վերջո կբացվի։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն առաջարկել էր տարբերակ, որին ի սկզբանե համաձայնել են թե՛ ադրբեջանական կողմը, թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը։ Դրա էությունն այն էր, որ Ակնայով ճանապարհը բացվի, և ԿԽՄԿ-ի միջոցով սկսվի անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչի մատակարարումը։ Այդ ճանապարհի գործարկումից ուղիղ մեկ օր անց, Մոսկվայի առաջարկով, պետք է վերականգնվեր Լաչինի միջանցքով երթևեկությունը։

«Այս տարբերակը պատրաստության բարձր մակարդակում էր»,- ասել է Коммерсантъ-ի աղբյուրը:
