Պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Քաղբանտարկյալների ազատազրկման որոշումները սովորաբար ճակատագրական են լինում դատավորների համար: Ասում են, առ այսօր չի եղել մի դատավոր, որը քաղաքական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում չփորձի մեղայական հեքիաթներով սողալ դեպի նախկին քաղբանտարկյալը: Քաղբանտարկյալների հետ գործ ունեցած յուրաքանչյուր դատավոր շատ լավ գիտակցել է իր հանցանքը և հլու հնազանդ կատարել է քաղաքական պատվերը: Բոլոր ժամանակներում այդպիսի դատավորներ գտնվում են:

Նիկոլն ինքն իրեն էլ էր համարում քաղբանտարկյալ` մարտի 1-ի գործով: Բայց թե ովքե՞ր էին կազմակերպում, կոչեր հնչեցնում ամբոխին և այլն` նույնիսկ Նիկոլի բանսարկու իշխանությունը չի պարզում: Ենթադրվում է, որ գործի անաչառ քննության պարագայում, կարող է կրկին գործ հարուցվել նաև գործող իշխանության որոշ ներկայացուցիչների դեմ: Հարկ է նշել, որ նրանք, 2008թ. մարտի 1-ին պայքարում էին իշխանությունը վերցնելու համար` ոչ թե Արցախի ինքնորոշման ու անվտանգության ապահովման:

Ինչևիչցե, անմեղ մարդուն դատելը` հանցանք է: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, արդարադատներն ասում են « ավելի լավ է 10 հանցագործ մնան ազատության մեջ, քան մեկ անմեղ մարդու զրկեն ազատությունից»:

Նիկոլի դավաճանական արշավանքների զոհերից մեկն էլ արդարադատությունն է: Այն սկզբում դաժանաբար բռնաբարվում էր, հետո կտտանքների էր ենթարկվում, իսկ հետո չդիմանալով` ինքնասպան եղավ: Երբ վնգստացող «դատավորները» քննում են արժանապատվություն ունեցող դատավորների դեմ ինչ-որ գործեր, կամ նրանց էթիկան և այլ (կարևոր չէ)` ինձ համար դա կոչվում է արդարադատության ինքնասպանություն:

Երբ մարդասպանը (վթարով կամ այլ եղանակով) գտնվում է ազատության մեջ, իսկ ԲՈւՀ-ին փաստացի օգուտ տված Աշոտյան Արմենը` անազատության մեջ է ԲՈւՀ-ին վնաս հասցնելու քաղաքական մեղադրանքով: Ցույց տվեք` որտե՞ղ է արդարադատությունը:

Արցախը կործանել և կործանում եք, Հայաստանի հսկայական տարածք օկուպացիայի եք տվել, 5000-ից ավելի չարդարացված զոհեր եք տվել, 10.000-ից ավելի երիտասարդ մարդիկ հաշմանդամություն են ստացել, շուրջ 25.000 մեծ ու փոքր գերդաստանների հայրենազրկել ու ունեզրկել եք, ամբողջ աշխարհում նսեմացրել եք հայի պատիվը, թուրքը Երևան վերադառնալու մասին է խոսում, պառակտել ու թշմամացրել եք մի ողջ ժողովրդի, արատավորել եք մարդկանց բարի համբավը, պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը...

Եվ այս ամենով հանդերձ միշտ հիշեք` «Ոչ ոք չի´ մոռացվում, ոչինչ չի´ մոռացվում»:
