Երևան-Մեղրի ճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած, երեք մարդու կյանք խլած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել

2023թվականի օգոստոսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 11։00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ճանապարհի 129-րդ կմ-ին միմյանց էին բախվել ԻԻՀ քաղաքացու կողմից վարած «Ռենաուլտ» մակնիշի՝ կցորդիչով բեռնատարը և Երևան քաղաքի 58-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարած «Միցուբիշի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի քարտուղար Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։
Վթարի հետևանքով «Միցուբիշի»-ի վարորդը և երկու ուղևորները տեղում մահացել էին, իսկ 2001թ․ ծնված մեկ ուղևոր ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր «Եղեգնաձոր» Բ/Կ:
Ողբերգական դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայով Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նույն օրը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Կատարվել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ Վթարի պատճառները, հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղությամբ իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ։
