«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Նրան, որ Երևանում հաջորդ տարվա գարնանից իրականացվելու են «ֆանտաստիկ» մշակութային միջոցառումներ՝ առանց բյուջետային ծախսերի, դեռ ժամանակ կունենամ անդրադառնալու։

Եվ այն, որ իշխանությունները միլիարդավոր դրամների անարդյունավետ ծախսեր են անում, տեսնում ենք պարբերաբար, և Սնուփ Դոգի համերգը միակը չէ։

Բայց հիմա այլ կարևոր արձանագրում եմ ուզում անել։

Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի շուրջ մենք ուզում ենք հրավիրել միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը, որն առնվազն պարտադիր է հետագա հնարավոր դիվանագիտական հաջողությունների համար։

Բոլորիս անհիմն թվում է, թե աշխարհը մեզնով է ապրում ու տեղյակ է, թե ամեն օր ինչ է կատարվում այստեղ։ Նույն տրամաբանությամբ մենք տեղյակ չենք աշխարհի շատ երկրներում տեղի ունեցող աղետների, ճգնաժամերի մասին, և դա բնական է։
Իր կյանքով ապրող օտարերկրացին, անգամ պաշտոնյան Արցախի մասին տեղեկությունը ստանում է միջազգային լրահոսից, Հայաստանով հետաքրքվող պաշտոնյան՝ նաև հայաստանյան պետական լրահոսից։

Եվ ահա, օտարերկրյա պաշտոնյան կարդում է կառավարության վերջին նիստի պաշտոնական լրահոսը, որտեղ խոսվում է Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար ճգնաժամի և Սնուփ Դոգի համերգի համար 6 մլն դոլար տրամադրելու մասին։ Ի՞նչ պետք է մտածի այդ պաշտոնյան Արցախի մասին։ Առնվազն կկասկածի, որ հայ ժողովրդի մի հատված է ցեղասպանության եզրին է։
Անհամեստություն չլինի, բայց Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պետնախարար աշխատելու ընթացքում միջազգային մամուլը Արցախին ավելի շատ է անդրադարձել, քան վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում։

Մեր ամբողջ թիմը օրնուգիշեր նաև քարոզչական հոլովակներ էր պատրաստում 5-6 լեզուներով և տարածում ամբողջ աշխարհում։
Իսկ ահա կառավարության երեկվա նիստի հաղորդագրությունը դեռ չկա ռուսերեն և անգլերեն լեզուներով, նույն տրամաբանությամբ Արցախի նախագահը պարբերաբար ուղերձներ է հղում միջազգային հանրությանը հայերեն լեզվով՝ առանց ուղեկցող թարգմանությունների։

Այսպես էլ պետք է լիներ, քանի որ իշխանությունը իր ամբողջ մեդիա և քարոզչական ռեսուրսը օգտագործում է ներքին լսարանի համար՝ կեղծ թեզեր տարածելու, ընդդիմադիրների դեմ սև փիառ անելու և ամենակարևորը՝ հայ ժողովրդին Արցախից և Արցախի խնդիրներից հեռու պահելու նպատակով։
