Հեմոդիալիզ ստացող հիվանդները տարհանվում են ԼՂ-ից՝ անհրաժեշտ բժշկական պարագաների աճող սղության պատճառով

Պայմանավորված Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂ-ի լիակատար պաշարման պատճառով դեղորայքի և բժշկական պարագաների աճող սուր սղությամբ՝ ԼՂ առողջապահության նախարարությունը դիմել է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին՝ տարհանելու հեմոդիալիզ ստացող հիվանդներին Հայաստանի մասնագիտացված բժշկական կենտրոններ, այլապես բժշկական պարագաների ավարտից շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ անց այդ հիվանդները կմահանան:
««Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում շարունակաբար ծրագրային հեմոդիալիզ էր ստանում ընդհանուր 41 հիվանդ, որոնցից 19-ը վերջին օրերին տարհանվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ԿԽՄԿ կողմից, ևս 10-ի տարհանումը տեղի կունենա վաղը:
Թեև բոլորին է առաջարկվել տարհանման հնարավորությունը, սակայն 41 հիվանդից 12-ը հրաժարվել են մեկնել Արցախից:
«Մենք ստիպված ենք գնացել հիվանդներին տարհանելու քայլին, քանի որ շուրջ երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում կվերջանան հեմոդիալիզի համար անհրաժեշտ բժշկական պարագաները: Հեմոդիալիզի հնարավորության բացակայության պայմաններում հիվանդների օրգանիզմում կտրուկ կերպով կբարձրանա ազոտի մակարդակը՝ միջինը մոտ մեկ շաբաթից անխուսափելիորեն հանգեցնելով նրանց մահվան: Արցախի լիակատար պաշարումը ազդել է սուր և քրոնիկ երիկամային անբավարարության տերմինալ փուլում գտնվող մարդկանց կյանքի վրա նաև հատուկ սննդակարգին հետևելու հնարավորության բացակայությամբ, ինչը լրացուցիչ վտանգներ է առաջացրել նրանց կյանքի ու առողջության համար»,- նշել է անեսթեզիոլոգ-ռեանիմատոլոգ Ք. Ավագիմյանը:
«Ես պառկած հիվանդ եմ, խնամակալ ունեմ տանը: Ես էլ եմ ուզում ապրել, ինձ նմաններն էլ են ուզում ապրել: Խնդրում եմ աշխարհին՝ օգնել ղարաբաղցիներին, օգնել դիալիզ ստացող և մնացած ծանր հիվանդներին ոտքի կանգնել: Ես այս դրությամբ չեմ կարող գնալ Երևան բուժման նպատակով, որովհետև ես ուզում եմ՝ գամված սայլակին մեռնել Արցախում և թաղվել իմ գերեզմանոցում»,- նշել է 64-ամյա Վերա Հովսեփյանը, որը շաքարային դիաբետի հետևանքով կորցրել է տեսողությունը, չի կարողանում քայլել և հինգ տարի շարունակ ստանում է հեմոդիալիզ:
Երբ երիկամների ֆունկցիայի ընկճումը դառնում է կյանքի համար վտանգավոր, որպես երիկամփոխարինող բուժում իրականացվում է դիալիզ կամ երիկամի փոխպատվաստում: Դիալիզը երիկամփոխարինող բուժական մեթոդ է, որի հիմքում կիսաթափանցիկ թաղանթի միջոցով արյան մեջ կուտակված նյութափոխանակության արգասիքների հեռացումն է։ Այն կիրառվում է սուր և քրոնիկ երիկամային անբավարարության տերմինալ փուլում, երբ երիկամներն այլևս չեն կատարում իրենց գործառույթը։
Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ Ադրբեջանի կողմից բացարձակապես արգելվում է Կարմիր խաչի մեքենաներով խիստ անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքի և բժշկական պարագաների մատակարարումը Արցախ: Արդյունքում՝ կյանք փրկող և այլ խիստ անհրաժեշտ դեղատեսակներն ու պարագաները գնալով ավելի ու ավելի շատ են բացակայում՝ հանգեցնելով մարդկային մահերի ու առողջական վիճակի վատթարացման»,- ասված է ԼՂ առողջապահության նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
