Երկուշաբթի վաղ առավոտյան Ֆարս նահանգի արդարադատության ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ միջադեպի հետ կապված չորս կասկածյալներ ձերբակալվել են:
Ավելի ուշ, սակայն, այդ թիվը թարմացվել է մինչև 10:
Քազեմ Մուսավին հավելել է, որ գլխավոր ահաբեկիչը, որը սկսել է կրակել մարդկանց վրա սրբավայրում և անմիջապես ձերբակալվել, հանձնվել է քննիչներին՝ հարցաքննության և հետագա հետաքննության համար։
Առնվազն մեկ մարդ զոհվել է, ևս մի քանիսը վիրավորվել են կիրակի երեկոյան Իրանի հարավային Շիրազ քաղաքի Շահ Չերաղ սրբավայրում տեղի ունեցած զինված ահաբեկչության հետևանքով։
Մուսավին ասել է, որ երեկ երեկոյան տեղի ունեցած հարձակման հետևանքով վիրավորներից մեկը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է:
Պետական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ կրակոցներին ներգրավված են եղել երկու ահաբեկիչներ, որոնցից մեկն անմիջապես ձերբակալվել է, իսկ մյուսը փախել է դեպքի վայրից և ազատության մեջ է:
«Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը ստանձնել է մահացու հարձակման պատասխանատվությունը։
Սրբավայրը անցյալ տարի եղել էր զինված ահաբեկիչների կողմից նմանատիպ հարձակման վայր:
2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ին զինված ահաբեկիչը ներխուժել էր սրբավայր՝ սպանելով 15 ուխտավորների, այդ թվում՝ կանանց և երեխաների, և վիրավորելով տասնյակներին՝ նախքան անվտանգության ուժերի կողմից հրազենային վիրավորում ստանալը:
Ահաբեկիչը ստացած վերքերից հետո մահացել էր հիվանդանոցում։
