ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ն պետք է անպայման որոշում ընդունի և Ադրբեջանին պարտադրի, որ վերացնի պաշարումը․ Դավիթ Բաբայան

Պետք է պայքարենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն անպայման որոշում կայացնի։

Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ն պետք է  համապատասխան որոշում ընդունի և Ադրբեջանին պարտադրի, որ վայրագություններին վերջ տա և վերացնի պաշարումը։ Ըստ Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականի՝ այն ինչ անում է Ադրբեջանը մարտահրավեր է ամբողջ աշխարհին։

«Պետք է փաստաթուղթ՝ բանաձև ընդունեն և Ադրբեջանին պարտադրեն, որպեսզի  դադարեցնի պաշարումը։ Այս պահին նախևառաջ անհրաժեշտ է, որ ամենակարևոր հարցը կարգավորվի՝ միջանցքի լիարժեք աշխատանքը, որը նախատեսված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ։  Խոսել միայն այլ թեմաների հիմա վաղաժամ է և փոշիացնում է մեր ներուժն ու միջազգային հանրության մոտեցումները ևս։ Մենք պետք է կենտրոնանանք մեկ բանի վրա, սա մարդասիրական կարևորագույն հարց է, որն անպայման պետք է կարգավորվի, այլ տարբերակ չկա, որովհետև մի ամբողջ ժողովուրդ սովամահ է լինում»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Բաբայանը ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ին դիմելն ուշացած չի համարում։ Ասում է՝ տեղին է ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին դիմելը և Հայաստանն ու Արցախը պետք է օգտագործեն այդ հնարավորությունները։

Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականը, սակայն, մտավախություններ ունի։

«Այդքան էլ միամիտ չենք, հասկանում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան ձեռքները ծալած չեն նստելու, հնարավոր է վետո դնեն, և իրավիճակն էլ ավելի բարդանա։  Եթե վետո դրվեց շատ վատ է լինելու, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը գոտեպնդվելու է, բայց ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ չդիմելն էլ սխալ կլիներ»,- նկատեց Բաբայանը։

 Հարցին՝ հնարավոր է Ռուսաստան էլ վետո կիրառի, Դավիթ Բաբայանն արձագանքեց․

 «Եթե դնի շատ վատ է լինելու, շատ անհասկանալի և մեծ հարված է լինելու։ Շատ անցանկալի կլինի, եթե նման բան եղավ։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ ՌԴ-ն ինչ որոշում կիրականացնի այս հարցի հետ կապված։ Սա լրիվ այլ գործընթացների է բերելու, սա կարծում եմ նաև լավ են պատկերացնում Մոսկվայում»։

Արցախի ներկայացուցչի համոզմամբ՝ եթե Ռուսաստանը վետո կիրառեց, պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որպեսզի Լաչինի միջանցքը նորից գործի։

Հիշեցեննք, որ օրեր առաջ Հայաստանը դիմել էր Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպոության Անվտանգության խորհուրդ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ բնակչությանը հարկադրված լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով հումանիտար իրավիճակի վատթարացման առնչությամբ արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու պահանջով: Օգոստոսի16-ին էլ կկայանա ՀՀ պահանջով հրավիրված ՄԱԿ ԱԽ հրատապ նիստը։
