Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։Ժամը 12:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նոյ թաղամասում՝ Լենինգրադյան 29/4 հասցեում կառուցվող էլիտար շենքի բակում տղամարդու դի կա։Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հարություն Դանիելյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սերգեյ Ավագյանի գլխավորությամբ։Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի գլխավորությամբՈստիկաններն ու քննիչները շինհրապարակում հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի։Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում է քննչական խումբը՝ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Լուսինե Հայկյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված քաղաքացիները, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին, որ մահացածն աշխատում է նշված շինկազմակերպությունում և 13-րդ հարկից վայր է ընկել։Այս պահին ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Հայկ Արոյանի, պարեկներ Ալբերտ Մարաբյանի և Կարեն Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ սահմանազատել են տարածքը և քննիչը կատարում է դեպքի վայրի զննություն։
Դեպքի փաստով Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է՝ քննիչներն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 62-ամյա Խաչիկ Հ․-ն է։
