Մի խումբ թուրք գործիչներ կոչ են արել դադարեցնել Արցախի շրջափակումը

Արդեն 8 ամիս է, ինչ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է Լաչինի (Բերձոր) միջանցքի շրջափակումը, ինչի հետևանքով առաջացել է հումանիտար ճգնաժամ։ Թուրքիայից մի խումբ գրողներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ և իրավապաշտպաններ (նրանց թվում կան նաև հայեր) կոչ են արել միջազգային հանրությանը քայլեր ձեռնարկել։

Այս մասին հայտնում է Ermenihaber-ը։

Թուրք գործիչներն Արցախի շրջափակումը դադարեցնելու մասին իրենց կոչը ձևակերպել են «Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների անունից»՝ ուղղված միջազգային հանրությանը։

Հայտարարությունում մասնավորապես ասվում է․

«Բաքվի ռեժիմը, Անկարայի ռեժիմի աջակցությամբ, ամիսներ շարունակ շրջափակում է իրականացնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ ժողովրդի դեմ, ինչը օրակարգ է բերում ցեղասպանության հավանականությունը։ Ղարաբաղյան վերջին պատերազմից հետո, որում ներգրավված էր Թուրքիայի զինուժը, Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը, որն ապահովում է անցումը Հայաստանի և Ղարաբաղի միջև և պետք է բաց լինի մարդասիրական օգնության մեքենաների, շտապ օգնության ծառայությունների և խաղաղապահ ուժերի համար, շրջափակման մեջ է և փակ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից։

Չնայած ՄԱԿ-ը, Եվրամիության կառույցները և Եվրախորհրդի կառույցները ամիսներ շարունակ կոչ են անում Ադրբեջանին դադարեցնել 120 հազ․ մարդկանց շրջափակումը Ղարաբաղում, Բաքվի ռեժիմը անտեսում է բոլոր կոչերը, մերժում կամ հերքում է շրջափակումը: Մինչդեռ բոլորը գիտեն, որ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ոչ մի ապրանք չի կարող մտնել Ղարաբաղ և ոչ մի ղարաբաղցի չի կարողանում դուրս գալ շրջանից նույնիսկ իր հրատապ առողջական կարիքները հոգալու համար։

Խորացող ճգնաժամի պայմաններում և հաստատելով միջազգային հանրության մտահոգությունները՝ Բաքվի բռնապետ Իլհամ Ալիևը շարունակում է բացահայտ կերպով և անընդհատ սպառնալ ղարաբաղցիներին։ Այնքան, որ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Լուիս Մորենո Օկամպոն կարևոր հոդված է հրապարակել, որտեղ Ալիևի գործողությունները Ղարաբաղում որակում է որպես ցեղասպանություն»։

Թուրք գործիչները իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնել Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ՝ նշելով, որ իրենք նկատում են, որ միջազգային հանրությունը բավարար զգայունությամբ չի գործում զարգացումների նկատմամբ։

«Ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելելը չի նշանակում սպասել դրանց կատարմանը, հետո միջամտել: Նման վտանգը կանխելու համար հիմա պետք է ակտիվ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել»,- նշված է հայտարարությունում։

Նրանք բոլոր պետություններին, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և միջազգային հանրությանը, մասնավորապես՝  ՄԱԿ-ի և Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը կոչ են արել ակտիվ դիրքորոշում ցուցաբերել։

«Ինչպես 1948-49 թվականներին ճեղքվեց Բեռլինի շրջափակումը, այնպես էլ մենք կոչ ենք անում օդային ճանապարհով ճեղքել Ղարաբաղի շրջափակումը և դրանով վերջ դնել մարդկային այս ողբերգությանը»:
