Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 17-ին, ժամը 17:55-ին, Բերձորի (Լաչինի) միջանցքում տեղակայված ապօրինի անցակետի մոտակայքում ադրբեջանական կողմը կտրել է համացանցի օպտիկամանրաթելային մալուխը՝ խափանելով Արցախի կայուն կապը համացանցի հետ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
«Երեկ երեկոյան Արցախի մասնագետները փորձել են ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ միասին մոտենալ տվյալ հատվածին և վերանորոգել մալուխը, սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմը չի թույլատրել: Այսօր առավոտվանից շարունակվում են բանակցությունները խաղաղապահների ու ադրբեջանական կողմի միջև, որպեսզի մեր մասնագետները կարողանան վերականգնել վնասված մալուխը:
Պատահական չեմ համարում, որ այս նոր հանցագործությունը տեղի է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստից հետո և Արցախի ցեղասպանության թեմայով նախատեսված մամուլի ասուլիսի մեկնարկից բառացիորեն 5 րոպե առաջ: Այս սադրանքի հետևանքով ասուլիսի արցախաբնակ բանախոսները՝ ԱՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը և տեղահանված քաղաքացի Ալվինա Ներսեսյանը կարողացել են անկայուն ու այլընտրանքային կապով միանալ մյուս երկու բանախոսներին՝ ԱՀ արտգործ նախարար Սերգեյ Ղազարյանին և ՄՔԴ առաջին գլխավոր դատախազ Լուիս Մորենո Օքամփոյին 45 րոպե ուշացումով: Ի հեճուկս ադրբեջանական ջանքերի՝ ասուլիսը կայացել է, որին մասնակցել են շուրջ 130 անձինք 27 երկրից:
Ի դեպ, այժմ Արցախում խիստ սահմանափակ ծավալի համացանց է հասանելի՝ անկայուն ռադիոկապի միջոցով, որը նույնպես շարունակաբար գտնվում է ադրբեջանական խլացուցիչ համակարգերի ճնշման ներքո»,- գրել է Բեգլարյանը::
