Ուժային ողջ համակարգն իր առաջին դեմքերով, մի քանի օր շարունակ, փաշինյանական այցն էր նախապատրաստում ու ապահովում, որպեսզի Փաշինյանի կողքին հայտնվեին, հարցեր տային ու նույնիսկ ժպտային մարդիկ, ովքեր մինչ այդ ընտրվել էին ու անհարմար վիճակ չէին ստեղծի վերջինիս համար:
 
Սակայն փողոցների վերանորոգումներն ու բակային խաղահրապարակների ժապավեններ կտրելը որևէ ձևով երկրորդ պլան չէր կարող մղել անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրները` Կապանի օդանավակայանի ուղղությամբ կրակոցները վառ օրինակ:
 
Ինչքան էլ իշխանական քարոզչությունը փորձում է իրականությունը «ուրախ-զվարթ Սյունիք» հայեցակարգի մեջ ներկայացնել, միևնույն է` դրանից Սյունիքի անվտանգության խնդիրները չեն լուծվի:
 
Ի դեպ, եթե նույնիսկ խնդիրը դիտարկենք ասֆալտ-ճանապարհ քարոզչական պրիզմայով, ապա իշխանությունը դա ևս չի կատարել:
 
Գորիս-Շուռնուխ-Կապան ճանապարհը հանձնելուց հետո խոստացված նոր` «այլընտրանքային»` Տաթև-Աղվանի-Կապան ճանապարհն ամեն տարի վերանորոգում-հիմնանորոգումից հետո իր գործառույթն ամբողջովին չի կատարում, Տաթևի ճանապարհի այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը Սիսիանից ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում ավարտել` անընդհատ առաջ եկող նոր խնդիրներով, որոնք անընդհատ կրկնվելու են նույնիսկ դրա պաշտոնական բացումից հետո, իսկ Կապանի օդանավակայանի ու դրա փիառ փուչիկի մասին շատ խոսվեց:
 
Ադրբեջանական դիրքերից 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող օդանավակայանը չի կարող անվտանգության երաշխիք լինել ուղևորափոխադրումների համար:
 
Նույնիսկ Շուռնուխում կառուցվող նոր առանձնատների խնդիրը 3 տարի է մարդկանց խոստանում են, բայց դեռ աշխատանքներն ավարտված չեն:
 
Իսկ Տեղ-Կոռնիձոր հատվածում ադրբեջանական վերջին ներխուժումն ու ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքների օկուպացիան շարունակում է իր մասին անընդհատ հիշեցնել:
 
Չեմ կարծում, որ սյունեցիները երկրորդային են համարում իրենց համար կենսական համարվող խնդիրները և կարևորում երրորդական բնույթի հարցերի լուծումը:
 
Նիկոլն իր տեսակով ու էությամբ տեղով դժբախտություն է, ով իր այցերով միայն կեղծիք և ողբերգություն է սփռում:
