Բացահայտվել է նախօրեին 28-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության դեպքը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Քննչական կոմիտեից:
2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 17։04-ին, ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երեւան քաղաքի Եզնիկ Կողբացու փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում հրդեհ է։
Ահազանգով անմիջապես դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնի եւ փրկարար ծառայության աշխատակիցները, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են նույն բնակարանի 28-ամյա բնակչի դին՝ պարանոցի եւ կրծքավանդակի շրջանում կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի եւ 264-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ եւ 6-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են քննչական եւ վարութային անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավումներ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը եւ մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, հարցաքննվել են մեկ տասնյակից ավելի անձինք:
Իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ինչպես տուժածի, այնպես էլ՝ առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի իքնքնությունը. քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 28-ամյա երիտասարդին կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցրել է Արմավիրի մարզի 26-ամյա բնակիչը:
Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնի ծառայողների կեղմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում վերջինս հայտնաբերվել, ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին եւ հարցաքննվել՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ, որի ընթացքում նա խոստովանել է, որ սպանությունը կատարել է ինքը, որից հետո բնակարանը հրկիզել է եւ փորձել է Բավրա սահմանային անցակետով հատել ՀՀ պետական սահմանը:
Նախաքննական մարմնի որոշմամբ՝ երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է: Նրա մասնակցությամբ շարունակվում են կատարվել վարութային եւ ապացուցողական գործողություններ:
