ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը պատասխանել է լրատվամիջոցներից ստացված հարցերին:
-Օգոստոսի 16-ին կայացավ ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի հրատապ նիստ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված մարդասիրական իրավիճակի առնչությամբ: Երկրներն արտահայտեցին իրենց դիրքորոշումները, բայց դա որևէ փաստաթղթով չարձանագրվեց։ Ինչու՞ որևէ որոշում չընդունվեց։ Հայաստանը չէ՞ր ներկայացրել նման փաստաթուղթ։
-Ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում ինչպես այս և ՄԱԿ ԱԽ նախորդ՝ դեկտեմբերին կայացած նիստի ժամանակ, այնպես էլ մինչ օրս միջազգային այլ հարթակներում մեր գործընկերների, միջազգային կառույցների կողմից հնչեցված սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումները, որոնք համահունչ են միջազգային անվտանգության ու խաղաղության պահպանման հարցում ՄԱԿ ԱԽ առաջնային մանդատին, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համընդհանուր արժեքներին և, որ գուցե ամենահրատապն է այս պահին, Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների և ԼՂ-ում նոր մարդասիրական աղետի կանխարգելման գիտակցմանը:
Ընթացակարգային առումով ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի հրատապ նիստի ձևաչափը քննարկում է, այն չի ենթադրում ուղղակիորեն փաստաթղթի (բանաձևի կամ հայտարարության) ընդունում։ Բացի այդ, ՄԱԿ ԱԽ բանաձևերի նախագծեր ներկայացնելու և քվեարկության դնելու նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալու իրավունք ունեն ՄԱԿ ԱԽ 15 (մշտական և ոչ մշտական) անդամները. Հայաստանը, չլինելով ՄԱԿ ԱԽ անդամ, նման իրավասություն չունի։
-Այդքանով գործընթացն ավարտվե՞ց։
-Բոլորովին ոչ, սա շարունակական գործընթաց է։ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարությունը շարունակում է ակտիվ աշխատանքները ՄԱԿ և այլ հարթակներում։ Այսօր միջազգային հանրությունը, ՄԱԿ ԱԽ՝ տարածաշրջանում իրական, երկարատև կայունության հարցում շահագրգռված անդամները պետք է հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկեն, համադրեն ջանքերը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի վերաբացման կարևորության հարցում ձևավորված ընկալումը, առկա մեխանիզմների արդյունավետ կիրառմամբ, խնդրի անմիջական կարգավորմանն ուղղորդելու նպատակով։
