Մերձավոր Արևելքի հայկական համայնքների անվտանգությаն խնդիրը մտահոգիչ է. արաբագետ

Սաուդյան Արաբիա-Իրան հարաբերություններում առկա ճգնաժամը ամենևին էլ լարվածության նոր փուլ չէ: Սա տարիներ շարունակ առկա լարված գործընթացի մի մասն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նման կարծիք հայտնեց արաբագետ Արաքս Փաշայանը: Նրա խոսքով, դեռևս 70-ականներից ծրագրվում էր շիաան հեղափոխության գաղափարն արտահանել Պարսից ծոցի երկրներ: Այդ ժամանակ Պարսից ծոցի երկրները մտահոգված էին Իրանի գործողություններով: Վերջինը շիական համայնքներն օգտագործում էր իր դիրքերն ամրապնդելու համար:
«Կարելի է ասել, որ նույն սիրիական պատերազմն ինչ-որ իմաստով արտացոլանքն է Սաուդյան Արաբիա-Իրան հարաբերությունների սրացման, քանի որ Իրանը ցանկանում էր պահել Բաշար Ալ Ասադի վարչակարգը, իսկ Սաուդյան Արաբիան ցանկանում է հեռացնել նրան և բերել սաուդամետ ուժերի: Ինչ վերաբերում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայում տեղի ունեցած գործիչների գլխատմանը, ապա այստեղ պատճառները թե ներքին են, թե արտաքին: Սաուդյան Արաբիայում իշխանության են եկել նոր երիտասարդ ուժեր, ովքեր ցանկանում են ավելի կոշտ քաղաքականություն վարել, բարձրացնել Սաուդյան Արաբիայի կշիռը միջազգային ասպարեզում, և, իհարկե, ինչ-որ կերպ հաղթահարել սիրիական հարցում եղած ձախողումները: Սաուդյան Արաբիան միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ներդրեց, որպեսզի իշխանությունից հեռացնի Բաշար Ասադին, բայց դա չհաջողվեց»,-ասաց արաբագետը:
Դրանից բացի, ըստ Արաքս Փաշայանի, Սաուդյան Արաբիան Իսրայելի հետ փորձում է հակազդել Իրան-վեցյակ բանակցությունների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությանը: Նրա խոսքով, Պարսից ծոցի երկրներին իսկապես մտահոգում է Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումը:
«Իրան-Սաուդյան Արաբիա անմիջական բախումներ չեն լինի, բայց այս լարվածությունը վկայում է մի բանի մասին: Եթե հույսեր կային, որ սիրիական ճգնաժամը հնարավոր է ինչ-որ կերպ հաղթահարել, ապա հիմա այդ գործընթացը դառնում է ավելի մշուշուտ: Իհարկե, հեռանկարում հունվարի 25-ին սպասվող Ժնևի բանակցություններն են, բայց սիրիական ճգնաժամը գնալով դառնում է ավելի բարդ ու անհեռանկարային: Ներգրված են բազմաթիվ ուժեր, որոնք մեկը մյուսի դեմ են, տարբեր հետաքրքություններ հետապնդող պետություններ են: Շատ դժվար է լինելու ներկա լարված իրավիճակում հասնել համաձայնության: Ներկա իրավիճակում հակամարտության կարգավոման մասին խոսքը վիճարկելի է: Գոյություն ունի Սաուդյան Արաբիա- Քաթար- Թուրքիա եռանկյունին, որն ապակայունացնող դեր ունի»,- ավելացրեց արաբագետը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի վրա հնարավոր ազդեցությանը, արաբագետը նշեց, որ անմիջականորեն մեզ չեն առնչվում, սակայն մենք Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներում ունենք հայկական համայնքներ, որոնց անվտանգությունը խնդիրը մտահոգիչ է: «Ներկայում առհասարակ քրիստոնեա համայնքների ներկայությունը մերձավոր Արևելքում վիճարկելի է դարձել: Շատ փորձագետներ նշում են, որ Մերձավոր Արևելքում քրիստոնեաներին կարճ կյանք է մնացել, որովհետև շատ մեծ են արտագաղթի տեմպերը: Հայաստանն իր դաշնակիցների հետ համագործակցում է համայնքի անվտագության հետ կապված, պարզապես կան մÕ �րդիկ, ովքեր չեն ցանկանում հեռանալ, նույնիսկ Հալեպից, որտեղ թեժ մարտեր են ընթանում»,-հավելեց արաբագետը:
