Oգոստոսի 21-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Սուրեն Ալեքսանյանի և նույն վաշտի պարեկ Սամվել Մարությանի հետ ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ ստուգման նպատակով կանգնեցրել են Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Ավտոմեքենայում եղած 3 ուղևորները տարօրինակ վարքագիծ են դրսևորել, ինչը կասկած է հարուցել Ս. Ալեքսանյանի մոտ և պարզվել է, որ այդ կասկածները իզուր չեն: Գրել է Shamshyan.com-ը։
Այդ 3 անձանցից մեկի՝ Երևանի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Օնիկ Հ.-ի մոտ, ով եղել է վարորդը, անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «Արարատ» գրառմամբ մետաղական տուփ, որի մեջ եղել է սև կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթավորված 15 փաթեթ:
Նշված անձինք, ավտոմեքենայով հանդերձ, ապօրինի թմրամիջոց պահելու և օգտագործելու հիմքով պարեկների կողմից ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին:
Պարզվում է, որ այդ մետաղական տուփի մեջ եղել է ընդհանուր մոտ 11.93 գրամ քաշով «մեթանֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող զանգված, իսկ Օնիկ Հ.-ի ձեռքին եղած ծխախոտի տուփում հայտնաբերվում է չիպ փականով փաթեթավորված սպիտակ բյուրեղանման 1.26 գրամ քաշով «մեթանֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող զանգված:
