Աղդամի ճանապարհը չի կարող փոխարինել Բերձորի միջանցքին, հենց փոխարինեց, նշանակում է՝ Արցախի վերջն է լինելու․ Դավիթ Բաբայան

Հայկական մամուլը գրում է, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում երեկ տեղեկացրել է, թե որոշում է կայացվել Աղդամի ճանապարհով առևտուր անելու:
Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ առևտուրն այդ ճանապարհով լինելու է մասնակի, այնտեղով կմտնեն շինանյութ, դիզելային վառելիք, դեղորայք, իսկ սնունդը կներկրվի Լաչինով՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների միջոցով։
Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խորհրդական, հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչ Դավիթ Բաբայանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ չի մասնակցել Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին, հետևաբար, տեղյակ չէ, թե օրակարգում ինչ հարցեր են եղել։
Միևնույն ժամանակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ բացմիցս հայտարարել են, որ Աղդամի ճանապարհը չի կարող փոխարինել Բերձորի միջանցքին։ Նա ասաց, որ Բերձորի միջանցքը ոչ միայն լոգիստիկ նշանակություն, այն քաղաքական, իրավական կարգավիճակ ունեցող տարածք է, որտեղ մարդկանց և բեռնատարների մուտքը պետք է ըստ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության ապահովի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը։
«Հիմա, եթե Աղդամի ճանապարհը փոխարինվում է Բերձորի միջանցքով, պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ ինչ հետևանքներ է ունենալու։ Հետագայում ինչ- որ պատճառներով միգուցե գործարկվի Աղդամի ճանապարհը, բայց չի կարող փոխարինել Բերձորի միջանցքին, հենց փոխարինեց, նշանակում է՝ չի լինելու Բերձորի միջանցք, Արցախի վերջն է լինելու։ Արցախը կտրված է լինելու արտաքին աշխարհից և Հայաստանից»,- համոզմունք հայտնեց Արցախի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչը։
Աղդամի ճանապարհի բացմանը զուգահեռ շրջանառվում են նաև տեղեկություններ, թե առաջիկա օրերին ադրբեջանական Բարդա քաղաքում հանդիպում է սպասվում Արցախի մերձիշխանական խմբի և ադրբեջանական կողմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Այս հարցի վերաբերյալ էլ Բաբայանը տեղեկություններ չունի։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք դեմ չեն հանդիպումներին, բայց խնդիրը ձևաչափի և քննարկվող հարցի մեջ է։
«Եթե Ադրբեջանը դա դիտարկում է որպես ներադրբեջանական երկխոսություն, մեզ համար ընդունելի չէ, որովհետև ինչ հարց պետք է մեզ հետ քննարկեն։ Մենք իրենց հետ պատրաստ ենք հումանիտար հարցեր քննարկել։ Եթե սկսեն վերինտեգրացիայի հարց քննարկել, Արցախի պետականության ապամոնտաժում, նման հարցեր չենք կարող քննարկել, ավելի լավ է այստեղից դուրս գաս, քան մնաս իրենց տարածքում։ Ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդու համար այս քայլն ավելի ընդունելի է։ Այլընտրանքը սա է, թող ոչ ոք դեմագոգիայիով չզբաղվի»,-ընդգծեց նա։
Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խորհրդականի կարծիքով՝ Արցախը հիմա երկու ճանապարհ ունի․ կամ պայքարում ենք կամ դուրս ենք գալիս Արցախից։
