Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում իրականացվում է սոցիալական ցանցերում ատելության խոսքի տարածման մշտադիտարկում Արմավիրի մարզի 28-ամյա բնակչի սպանության դեպքի առնչությամբ։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է գրասենյակը։
Հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է. «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում սկսվել է ուսումնասիրություն նախօրեին մամուլում տարածված` Արմավիրի մարզի 28֊ամյա բնակչի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Գրություններ են հասցեագրվել պետական իրավասու մարմիններին դեպքի հանգամանքները մանրամասն և բազմակողմանի քննության առարկա դարձնելու պահանջով։
Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների` սպանվածը տրանս կին է՝ Պաշտպանն ընդգծում է. իրավասու մարմինների կողմից գործի քննության շրջանակներում պատշաճ գնահատման պետք է արժանանա այն հանգամանքը, թե արդյոք սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել տուժողի գենդերային ինքնությամբ պայմանավորված ատելության շարժառիթով։
Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի մշտադիտարկումը ցույց է տալիս, որ սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվում է ատելության խոսք, արդարացվում է սպանությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով տուժողի տրանս կին լինելու հանգամանքը։
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է, որ խիստ դատապարտելի է ցանկացած հիմքով ատելության խոսքի և բռնության կոչերի տարածումը, որը լուրջ վտանգ է ներկայացնում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ամբողջ համակարգի տեսանկյունից և կարող է հանգեցնել ատելության հիմքով հանցանքների կատարմանը։
Պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությունն ու օրենքները երաշխավորում են բոլորի հավասարությունն օրենքի առջև և բոլոր քաղաքացիների պաշտպանությունը ցանկացած տեսակի բռնությունից կամ դրա սպառնալիքից»։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ օգոստոսի 20-ին իր տանն առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանվել էր տրանս կին։ Ըստ նախնական տվյալի, Արմավիրի մարզի 26–ամյա բնակիչը սուր ծակող-կտրող գործիքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել 28-ամյա քաղաքացուն՝ պատճառելով մահ, այնուհետեւ հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով հրդեհել է բնակարանը:
Օգոստոսի 21-ին, ժամը 02.40-ին, կասկածյալը Բավրայի սահմանային անցակետում հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել եւ տեղափոխվել է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին: Նա ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին:
