Արարատ Միրզոյանը Շվեդիայի ԱԳ նախարարին տեղեկացրել է Արցախում ահագնացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մասին

Օգոստոսի 23-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Շվեդիայի Թագավորության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Թոբիաս Բիլստրյոմի հետ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքից։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման, իսկ հունիսի 15-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով ԼՂ-ում ահագնացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մանրամասները` ուշադրություն հրավիրելով հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի՝ երեխաների, կանանց, տարեցների և խրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցող անձանց համար ստեղծված ծանրագույն պայմաններին, սննդի և դեղորայքի սուր պակասին: Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է նաև, որ վառելիքի բացակայության և ադրբեջանական կողմից թիրախավորման պատճառով դադարեցվել են գրեթե բոլոր գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները։
Անդրադառնալով ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի օգոստոսի 16-ի քննարկմանը՝ ընդգծվել է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշումներին համապատասխան Լաչինի միջանցքի՝ ԼՂ-ն Հայաստանի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհի ապօրինի արգելափակումը վերացնելու հրատապությունը:
Շեշտվել է այդ ուղղությամբ առկա բոլոր մեխանիզմները, այդ թվում՝ ԵՄ և իր անդամ պետությունների կողմից արդյունավետորեն օգտագործելու կարևորությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ԼՂ-ում մարդասիրական իրավիճակի շարունակական սրումը կարող է լուրջ հարվածի տակ դնել նաև տարածաշրջանում կայունության հաստատմանն ուղղված ջանքերը:
