Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ի, օգոստոսի 11-ի, օգոստոսի 14-ի, օգոստոսի 16-ի, օգոստոսի 21-ի, օգոստոսի 22-ի, օգոստոսի 23-ի և օգոստոսի 24-ի հրամաններով՝ Դատախազությունում տեղի են ունեցել կադրային մի շարք փոփոխություններ:

Մասնավորապես՝

  • Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշանակվել է Գլխավոր դատախազության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետի տեղակալ՝ ազատվելով նույն վարչության ավագ դատախազի պաշտոնից:
  • Արարատի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազի տեղակալ Կարեն Հարությունյանը գործուղվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական դատախազի տեղակալի հաստիքին՝ մինչև սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ը` ներառյալ:
  • Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազ Հայկ Մանանդյանը գործուղվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր հատուկ հանձնարարություններով վարչության ավագ դատախազի հաստիքին՝ մինչև 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 26-ը` ներառյալ:
  • Լոռու կայազորի զինվորական դատախազության դատախազ Նիկոլայ Բարսեղյանը գործուղվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր հատուկ հանձնարարություններով վարչության ավագ դատախազի հաստիքին՝ մինչև 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ը՝ ներառյալ:
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության կայազորների զինվորական դատախազությունների գործունեության նկատմամբ վերահսկողության բաժնի պետ Մարտին Նալբանդյանը ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Գլխավոր դատախազի մեկ այլ հրամանով նույն պաշտոնին նշանակվել է Զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության ավագ դատախազ Վիգեն Հարությունյանը:
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության բնակչության առողջության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետի տեղակալ Սիսակ Խաչատրյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ Էդգար Շահինյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից:
  • Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ Գուրգեն Սաֆարյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ Վիկտոր Գրիգորյանն ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից:
