Սանահին-Սարահարթի ճոպանուղու վերևի կանգառի մոտ դանակահարված տղամարդ է հայտնաբերվել․ նա հիվանդանոցում մահացել է

Օգոստոսի 24-ին, ժամը 12.30-ին, ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն հաղորդում ստացվեց «Ալավերդի» բժշկական կենտրոնից: «1-03» զանգած անհայտ քաղաքացին հայտնել էր, որ Ալավերդի քաղաքի Սանահին-Սարահարթի ճոպանուղու վերևի կանգառի մոտ դանակահարված տղամարդ կա:
«Քիչ անց «Կրծքավանդակի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ 47-ամյա տղամարդը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:
Դեպքի վայր և հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողներ, սակայն ըստ բժիշկների` տղամարդն ի վիճակի չէր հաղորդում տալու. վիճակը ծանր էր:
Նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, և ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում հաջողվեց պարզել կատարվածը: Առավոտյան ժամը 09-ի սահմաններում 62-ամյա մի տղամարդ իր այգում երկու ծանոթի հետ կերուխում էր արել բավական երկար: Անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վեճը ծագել և հանգուցալուծման է հասել կեսօրին մոտ: Այգու տերը դանակի երկու հարված է հասցրել 47-ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին՝ փորձելով սպանել նրան և դիմել փախուստի:
Դանակը հայտնաբերվել է դեպքի վայրում:
Մինչ իրավապահները ձեռնարկում էին միջոցառումներ՝ կասկածյալին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ, ժամը 15.43-ին հիվանդանոցից ստացվեց հաղորդում, որ Վասիլ Քիքանյանը մահացել է:
Ի վերջո, Լոռու մարզային վարչության և պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի գործընկերների հետ համատեղ միջոցառումերի արդյունքում դանակահարողը հայտնաբերվեց, ձերբակալվեց և ներկայացվեց ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին:
Ժամը 21.25-ին նա տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր: Վեճի պատճառն ու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են»,-նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
