Տավուշում «Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ»-ի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների միջեւ վիճաբանության ժամանակ կրակոցներ են հնչել

Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 24-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Տավուշի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ «Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ»-ի Իջեւանի անտառտնտեսության 7-րդ պահաբաժնի տարածքում Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Արտաշես Մատինյանը ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել։
Ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու եւ օգտագործելու կասկածանքով Իջեւան-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհի «Աշոտ Երկաթ» կոչվող տարածքից ձերբակալվել եւ Ոստիկանության Իջեւանի բաժին է տեղափոխվել Ա. Մատինյանը։
Ըստ ստացված տվյալների՝ այդ օրը Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ»-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 68-ամյա Սիմոն Պետրոսյանը, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության անտառային կոմիտեի «Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ»-ում որպես տնօրենի տեղակալ աշխատող Երեւանի բնակիչ 64-ամյա Սեպուհ Քոչարյանը, նույն նախարարության գլխավոր մասնագետ, Երեւանի բնակիչ 40-ամյա Աշոտ Ավագյանը եւ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, նույն նախարարության գլխավոր մասնագետ 55-ամյա Մանվել Դավթյանը «Հայանտառ ՊՈԱԿ»-ի անտառտնտեսության 7-րդ պահաբաժնի տարածքում իրականացրել են ստուգումներ, որի ժամանակ Ա. Մատինյանի մոտ առաջացած դժգոհությունների շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Ա. Մատինյանի եւ Ս. Պետրոսյանի միջեւ, որից հետո Ա. Մատինյանն իր մոտ պահվող ապօրինի ինքնաձիգից մի քանի կրակոցներ է արձակել օդ՝ այդ կերպ փորձելով վախեցնել Ա. Պետրոյանին։
Դեպքի փաստով Ոստիկանության Իջեւանի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։ Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Ա. Մատինյանին եւ հանցագործության գործիք ինքնաձիգը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
