«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանյան իշխանությունների կողմից վերջին շրջանում լայն տարածում ստացած ու տիրաժավորվող առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը բանակում տեղի ունեցող «բարեփոխումներն» են, ինչի հետ կապված ակտիվ «փիարվում» են ու հնարավոր առիթի դեպքում այս թեմայով դիֆերամբներ հնչեցնում։

Սակայն որքան էլ օրվա իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են գովաբանել այդ «բարեփոխումները», շարունակում են բարձիթողի պահվածքի ու ամենաթողության հետևանքով մարդկային զոհեր ու ինքնասպանություններ տեղի ունենալ։

Ավելին, դրանք վերջին շրջանում ստացել են ավելի ինտենսիվ բնույթ. չկա շաբաթ, երբ ոչ մարտական պայմաններում մահվան դեպքեր չարձանագրվեն։ Նախօրեին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ոչ մարտական պայմաններում մահվան հերթական դեպքերն են գրանցվել հարավային ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում։ Մասնավորաբար, ըստ պաշտոնական վարկածի, դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում զինվորներից մեկը սպանել էր ծառայակցին, ապա ինքնասպան եղել։

Զարմանալի զուգադիպությամբ, օրեր առաջ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը և մի շարք այլ իշխանականներ, որոնք հանդիսանում են ոչ միայն «բանակային բարեփոխումների» կնքահայրերը, այլև թիվ մեկ գովաբանողները, այցելել էին հենց այդ հատված և հպարտ լուսանկարներ հրապարակել։ Ի դեպ, այս սպանությունից մեկ օր առաջ մահվան ևս մի դեպք էր արձանագրվել, երբ զինվորը հոսանքահարվել էր զորամասում։

Ասել է թե, ինչպես ռազմական փորձագետներն են նշում, օրվա իշխանության մահաբերությունը նկատելի է ուղղակիորեն. արհեստական «պերեդոզին» զուգահեռ փուչ իմիտացիաներ են ստեղծում և մարդկանց աչքին «թոզ փչելով»՝ արհեստական օրակարգեր ձևավորում։
