Բաքվում փակվել են արտարժույթի փոխանակման կետերը, մեկ դոլարն արժե երկու մանաթ

Բաքվում արտարժույթի փոխանակման բոլոր կետերը դադարեցրել են գործունեությունը: «Սեւ» շուկայում ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարի գինը հասել է երկու մանաթի:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է fins.az լրատվական կայքը` հենվելով սեփական դիտարկումների վրա:
Նշվում է, որ փակվել են ինչպես անհատական գործունեություն ծավալող, այնպես էլ բանկերին պատկանող փոխանակման կետերը: Դրա հետևանքով Բաքվում դոլարի եւ եվրոյի «սով» է ստեղծվել: Բոլոր բանկերում եւ դրանց մասնաճյուղերում արտարժույթ չի վաճառվում:
Նշվում է, որ պատճառը ադրբեջանական ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի` անցյալ փետրվարին 35 տոկոսով արժեզրկվելուց հետո դեկտեմբերին ֆիննախի կողմից նրա փոխարժեքի ազատ արձակումն է:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի նախագահությամբ երեկ տեղի ունեցած կառավարության նիստում ֆինանսների նախարար Սամիր Շարիֆովը հայտնել է, որ չնայած 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեում, որը հաստատվել է անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին, կապված նավթի գների անկման հետ` բյուջեի ծախսերը 3,1 մլրդ մանաթով կամ 15 տոկոսով արդեն կրճատվել են, անհրաժեշտություն կա բյուջեն վերանայել այլ հոդվածներով եւս:
Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսովձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 50 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 18 դոլարով ցածր է: Ադրբեջանի ազգային արժույթը` մանաթը վերջին մեկ տարում արդեն երկու անգամ արժեզրկվել է: Ներկայում Բաքվի «սեւ» շուկայում ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարը գնվում է 2 մանաթով:
