«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող, նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հայտարարել է, թե մարդասիրական օդային միջանցքի մասին լավ լուրեր ունեն։ Լիխտենշտայնի արքայազն Միխայելը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել գլխավորել դեպի շրջափակված Արցախ մարդասիրական օդային օգնությունը և անձամբ գտնվել մարդասիրական օգնություն բերող օդանավի մեջ։ Շվեյցարական «Impact Investing Solutions» ընկերությունն իր կայքում արդեն հրապարակել է մամուլի հաղորդագրություն, որտեղ տեղեկացրել են նման հնարավորության մասին։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը դեռ դեկտեմբերին «Ավրորա» մարդասիրական նախաձեռնության անդամների և միջազգային մարդասիրական հանրության ղեկավարների հետ միասին կոչ էր արել հրտապ մարդասիրական օդային օգնություն կազմակերպել դեպի Արցախ։ «Սա շատ վառ օրինակ է, որտեղ միջազգային դերակատարները պատրաստ են իրական աջակցութուն տրամադրել, եթե լիովին տեղեկացված լինեն Արցախում տիրող իրավիճակից։ Այս իմաստով ակնհայտ է, որ տեղեկատվական ոլորտում մեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքն արդյունավետ է և մենք բոլորս պետք է ավելի շատ ջանք գործադրենք, որ աշխարհն իսկապես գիտակցի, թե Արցախում հիմա ինչ է կատարվում և ինչ կարող է անել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու հավելել, թե միջազգային լրագրողները պետք է հնարավորություն ունենան գալ և տեղում համոզվել, որ Արցախում ամենաիսկական մարդասիրական ճգնաժամն է և 120 հազար բնակչության ցեղասպանություն։

Վարդանյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը բնավ պետք չէ թերագնահատել, ընդհակառակը պետք է գիտակցել, որ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը կարողանում է օգտագործել իր բոլոր հնարավորություններն ու միջազգային կապերն ինչ-որ բանի հասնել Արցախի համար, առնվազն գոնե Արցախում կատարվող իրադարձությունները մանրամասն աշխարհին ներկայացնելու, Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին միջազգային լայն արձագանք ապահովելու համար, հատկապես Հայաստանի իշխանությունների անգործության պարագայում այս աշխատանքը չափազանց կարևոր է և տալիս է իր դրական արդյունքները, միայն թե հարկավոր է չխանգարել, չխոչընդոտել և հնարավորություն տալ մարդկանց անել իրենց գործը։
