ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետի ու քաղաքապետի ավտոմեքենաների պաշտոնական հանդիպումը՝ ոչ պաշտոնական ժամին

Թերևս չզարմանայինք մեր տեսախցիկի օբյեկտիվում ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետ Անուբաղ Համբարյանի և Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանի՝ քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց միմյանց մոտ կայանած ավտոմեքենաները հայտնաբերելով, եթե ժամը չլիներ երեկոյան, օրն էլ՝ հետտոնական, ոչ աշխատանքային՝ շաբաթ: Անձամբ փոխոստիկանապետից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ տոնական օրերին, ուշ ժամին, քաղաքապետարանի շենքում (հետևաբար՝ պաշտոնական) հանդիպման մանրամասներով, թե այդ ինչ հրատապ հարց կար քննարկելու քաղաքապետի հետ: «Իմ վարորդս Կիրովականում ա, Սմբատը Կիրովականում ա, չէ, իմ վարորդս՝ Սմբատը, Վանաձորից ա»,- արագ վրա բերեց փոխոստիկանապետը:
Նկատեցինք, որ նրա ու քաղաքապետի մտերմությունը վաղուց է հայտնի և տարակուսանք առաջացնողը թերևս միայն ուշ ժամն էր պաշտոնական հանդիպման համար: Առիթից օգտվելով՝ նույն պահին էլ փորձեցինք փոխոստիկանապետի նախընտրելի թեկնածուին բացահայտել Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի առաջիկա ընտրություններում: «Ես Վանաձորի հետ ի՞նչ գործ ունեմ, Սպիտակից եմ, Արևաշատ գյուղից եմ, Արևաշատի գյուղապետի ընտրություն կլինի, կասեմ»,- ասաց Ա. Համբարյանը:
Բայց չնայած, որ ի պաշտոնե պարոն Համբարյանն արդեն Լոռիում չէ, նրա ազդեցությունը՝ որպես ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության նախկին պետի, դեռ պահպանվում է Վանաձորում, իսկ նոր պաշտոնն ավելի մեծ ռեսուրսներ է ընձեռել իր թեկնածուի օգտին դրանք օգտագործելու առաջիկա ընտրապայքարում: «Շնորհակալ եմ, որ իմ հեղինակությունը կա, զգացված եմ դրա համար, բայց ես նման հարցերով չեմ զբաղվում: Ես քաղաքականությամբ չեմ զբաղվում, ես ոստիկան եմ, այդ հարցերով չեմ զբաղվում: Իսկ իմ վարորդս ապրում է հրապարակում, իր տունը հրապարակում է, իմ վարորդիս»,- պնդեց Ա. Համբարյանը, չնայած ավտոմեքենան ոչ թե հրապարակում, այլ հենց քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց էր կայանված:
Բայց, ի վերջո, իր խոսքով, ի թիվս շատերի, փոխոստիկանապետը հաստատեց նաև քաղաքապետի հետ մտերմությունը՝ ասելով. «Ես բոլորի հետ էլ աշխատել եմ 35 տարի Լոռիում, մենակ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի հետ չէ, բոլորի հետ էլ ես մարդկային հարաբերություններ եմ միշտ ունեցել»:
Իսկ այդ հարաբերություններին անդրադառնալու առիթներ դեռ կլինեն առաջիկայում:
