Բազմաթիվ արցախցիներ շարունակում են փակ պահել Աղդամ-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհը, որով Ադրբեջանը հերթական ցանկանում է իբր «հումանիտար օգնություն» ուղարկել Արցախ։

Ճանապարհը փակած արցախցիները  նշում են, որ իրենք մարդասպան պետությունից ոչ մի օգնություն չեն ցանկանում ստանալ, իրենց համար դա անընդունելի է և կարմիր գիծ։

Նրանք վստահեցնում են, որ Ադրբեջանը խաղաղասիրական օրակարգ երբեք չի ունեցել և չի ունեցել, ինչի ապացույցն են Ադրբեջանից պարբերաբար հնչող հայատյաց հայտարարությունները։

«Այս ճանապարհի բացումը չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որովհետև դա նշանակում է արցախցիների մահ։ Եթե ադրբեջանցին, թեկուզ այսպես կոչված հումանիտար օգնության անվան տակ մտավ Արցախ, նրա դեմն առնել չի լինելու։ Այս ճանապարհը բացելու իրավունք չունենք, դա մեզ մահ է բերելու, մենք կամաց-կամաց թողնելու ենք Արցախը դրա հետևանքով»,- հայտարարել է հավաքի մասնակիցներից մեկը։

Ասկերանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Ալյոշա Գաբրիելյանը «Արցախ» լրատվականի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ ադրբեջանցիներն անցել են ՌԴ խաղաղապահների անցակետն ու փորձում են վրաններ տեղադրել: «Ադրբեջանցիների հետ 200-400 մետր հեռավորության վրա ենք գտնվում: Մենք այստեղ ենք խոչընդոտելու` «հումանիտար բեռի» մուտքն Արցախ: Նրանց ուղարկած օգնությունը մեզ պետք չէ: Թող բացեն Քաշաթաղի (խմբ․ Լաչինի) միջանցքը»,-ասել է Գաբրիելյանը:

Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբի լուսանկարիչ Դավիթ Ղահրամանյանն էլ հայտնել է, որ Ասկերանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Հրայր Ապրեսյանը հանդիպել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկի հետ, ով այս պահին գտնվում է ադրբեջանցիների մոտ։

«Խաղաղապահների ներկայացուցիչը հավաստիացրել է Հրայր Ապրեսյանին, որ ոչ մի դեպքում թույլ չեն տալու ադրբեջանցիներին առաջ շարժվել»,- «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է Ղահրամանյանը։

Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ ճանապարհը փակած արցախցիները վրաններ են տեղադրում այդ հատվածում։

ՌԴ խաղաղապահների արգելափակոցի դիմաց էլ, որտեղ կանգնած են ադրբեջանական բեռնատարները, վրաններ են տեղադրել նաև Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչները։

Ադրբեջանն օգոստոսի 29-ին հայտարարել էր, որ Աղդամ-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհով 40 տոննա ալյուր է ուղարկում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ։ Լաչինի միջանցքն արգելափակելու եղանակով ԼՂ-ում հումանիտար աղետ ստեղծած և այդ հումանիտար աղետը պարբերաբար հերքող Ադրբեջանը որոշել է մարդասեր երևալ ու իբր «մարդասիրական ժեստ» անել։ Պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտն ավելի ուշ հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից առաջարկվող «հումանիտար բեռն» ընդունելու վերաբերյալ Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չի եղել, այն ընդունելու որոշում էլ չկա։
