Սևանա լճից դուրս է բերվել 72 ապօրինի խեցգետնաորսիչ

Այսօր «Սևան» ազգային պարկի հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի կողմից իրականացված վերահսկողության միջոցառումների արդյունքում Ծովագյուղ համայնքի հարակից ափամերձ հատվածից լճից դուրս է բերվել և առգրավվել 72 հատ ապօրինի խեցգետնաորսիչ՝ 1176 մ երկարությամբ, թվով 36 կենդանի խեցգետին վերադարձվել է լիճ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից:
Կառավարության որոշմամբ Սևանա լճում թույլատրվում է միայն սիգի արդյունագործական որս և խեցգետնի որսի թույլատրելի չափաքանակները սահմանված չեն։ Լճից դուրս բերված որսագործիքները արգելված որսագործիքների ցանկում են։
Նախարարությունից հիշեցնում են, որ համաձայն վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 88-րդ հոդվածի՝
Կենդանական, այդ թվում` ձկան պաշարների պահպանության, որսի և ձկնորսության, ինչպես նաև կենդանական աշխարհից օգտվելու մյուս տեսակների որսի իրականացման կանոնները խախտելը`
առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի յոթանասունապատիկից մինչև հարյուրքառասունապատիկի չափով, իսկ պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ` հարյուրապատիկից մինչև երկուհարյուրապատիկի չափով` խախտողի անձնական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հրացանների ու որսորդական միջոցների, ինչպես նաև հիշյալ խախտումները կատարելու գործիք համարվող մյուս առարկաների և կենդանիների բռնագրավմամբ:
Որսի կանոնները կոպիտ խախտելը (որսը առանց դրա թույլտվության կամ արգելված վայրերում, կամ արգելված ժամանակ, կամ արգելված գործիքներով կամ եղանակներով), ինչպես նաև որսի մյուս կանոնները պարբերաբար խախտելը`
առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրհիսնապատիկից մինչև երկուհարյուրհիսնապատիկի չափով, իսկ պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ` հարյուրյոթանասունապատիկից մինչև երկուհարյուրհիսնապատիկի չափով` խախտողի անձնական սեփականություն համարվող հրացանների ու որսորդական միջոցների, ինչպես նաև հիշյալ խախտումները կատարելու միջոց համարվող մյուս առարկաների և կենդանիների բռնագրավմամբ և որսորդության իրավունքի զրկմամբ մինչև 3 տարի ժամանակով:
