Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 30-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 16:40-ի սահմաններում «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության կայանից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության 2-րդ բրիգադը կանչով մեկնել է Աբովյան քաղաքի «Շախմատի դպրոցի» մոտ, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը, բաժնի պետ Էդմոնդ Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Յուրա Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Լյովա Հ.-ն է, ով նշված տարածքում կառուցվող նորակառույց շենքի 8-րդ հարկում շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարելու ժամանակ անզգուշաբար վայր է ընկել, ինչն էլ դարձել մահվան պատճառ:
Դեպքի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
