«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

zavtra.ru-ն «Ռուսաստանը հարյուր տոկոսով սեփական քաղաքական գործիչները չունի Քարերի երկրում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքական սպեկտրը չի կարող որակվել ռուսամետ կամ հակառուսական լինելու խիստ չափանիշներով։ Հայկական կուսակցությունների ու շարժումների դեպքում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ պարզ չէ։ Եթե ինչ-որ կուսակցություն հակադրվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և աչքի չի ընկնում արևմտամետ կողմնորոշմամբ, ապա դա ոչ մի կերպ չի խոսում այդ կուսակցության՝ դեպի Ռուսաստան կողմնորոշման մասին։ Այնպես որ, ողջ աշխարհի քաղաքական հայությունը 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին կբախվի Երևանի համար վճռական ճակատամարտում. տեղի են ունենալու ավագանու ընտրություններ։ Ի տարբերություն Մոսկվայում կամ Փարիզում ապրող հայերի, երևանցիներն ուղղակի ընտրություններով չեն կարող ինքնուրույն քաղաքապետ ընտրել։

Օրենսդրության համաձայն, նախ՝ ընտրվում է ավագանի, որը Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքի օրենսդիր ժողովն է։ Միայն դրանից հետո է քաղաքի ավագանին իր կազմից ընտրում ՀՀ մայրաքաղաքի քաղաքապետին։ «Փողոցային դեմոկրատ» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տեսականորեն պետք է երևանցիներին տար քաղաքապետի ուղղակի ընտրության հնարավորություն, սակայն նա արեց հակառակը, գործնականում անհնարին դարձրեց քաղաքապետի ուղղակի ընտրությունը։ Փաշինյանը դա արել է մի պատճառով: Այսօր միայն Հայաստանի ճակատագրի հանդեպ անտարբեր հայը Փաշինյանին չի անվանում հայ ժողովրդի կորցրած հույսերի վարչապետ, Հայաստանն ու Ղարաբաղը բախտի քմահաճույքին թողած խաբեբա, որը Հայաստանը գժտեցրեց Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Փաշինյանի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անդամներին Հայաստանում անվանում են ռուսական ականջին անսովոր վիրավորական մականուններով։

Եթե այսօր լինեին Երևանի քաղաքապետի ուղիղ ու արդար ընտրություններ, ապա նրանք խլացուցիչ պարտություն կկրեին։ Իսկ եթե Փաշինյանը կորցնի Երևանը, ապա Հայաստանը դուրս կհոսի նրանց ձեռքերից: Փաշինյանի շրջապատը հույսը դնում է Փաշինյանին հավատարիմ, բայց նրա հետ ֆորմալ առումով չկապված անձանց Երևանի ավագանի անցկացնելու վրա, որն ի վերջո պետք է Երևանին «տա փաշինյանական քաղաքապետ»։ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները ցուցիչ են, որ այսօր հայաստանյան մեծ քաղաքականությունում ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ ակնկալել խիստ գծային որոշումներ։ Սորոսը բոլոր շերտերով համախմբվել է Փաշինյանի շուրջ, բայց Փաշինյանի ընդդիմությունն էլ Արևմուտքի հետ կապված մարդկանց միավորում է։ Ռուսաստանն իր 100 տոկոսանոց վստահելի ներկայացուցիչները չունի հայկական մեծ քաղաքականության մեջ:

Բայց նույն կերպ Ռուսաստանը սեփականը չունի նաև Բաքվի և նախկին ԽՍՀՄ այլ մայրաքաղաքների քաղաքական շրջանակներում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ անգամ երևանյան սորոսականները, երբ նրանց դեմ տան պատին, կասեն, որ եթե անգամ Ռուսաստանի համար չեն գործել, գոնե հաստատապես Ռուսաստանի թշնամիներ էլ չեն եղել։ Նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, երբ 2018 թվականին զավթեց իշխանությունը, ի տարբերություն կիևյան ռուսաֆոբների, առերևույթ կտրականապես հրաժարվեց ռուսաֆոբիայից։ Բայց ներկայում, շատ հայերի կարծիքով, Նիկոլ Վովաևիչը շատ ավելի լավ է խոսում ռուսերեն, քան հայերեն։
