Հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելի ծավալով շուրջ 6 տարի Ամերիաբանկը պահպանում է բացարձակ առաջատարի դիրքը Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգում: 2023-ի 1-ին կիսամյակում Ամերիաբանկի հիփոթեքային պորտֆելն աճել է ավելի քան 23 մլրդ դրամով` շուկայում առաջինը հատելով 200 մլրդ դրամի շեմը և 30.06.2023-ի դրությամբ կազմելով 209,6 մլրդ դրամ:
Նշենք, որ նույն ժամանակահատվածում Ամերիաբանկի միջոցով առաջնային շուկայից գնված բնակարանների հիփոթեքային վարկերի ավելի քան 40%-ը տրամադրվել է օնլայն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի Ամերիաբանկը գործարկել է Estate.ameriabank.am հարթակը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս տուն գնելու ու վարկավորման ամբողջ ուղին անցնել օնլայն` կառուցապատողի ընտրությունից մինչև վարկի հաստատում: Ի դեպ, հարթակի միջոցով վարկի համար հնարավոր է դիմել նաև համավարկառուի հետ:
