Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն «անընդունելի է» որակել ԱՄՆ-ի՝ ԼՂ-ի շրջափակման մասին հայտարարությունները

«Տարածաշրջանում «շրջափակման» մասին պնդումներն անընդունելի են հայազգի բնակիչների կարիքները բավարարելու ադրբեջանական կողմի կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկների ֆոնին» (չակերտները - Tert.am)։ Հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Այխան Հաջիզադեն՝ անդրադառնալով Միացյալ Նահագների պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերի հայտարարություններին։
Որպես «կարիքի բավարարման» օրինակ ադրբեջանական կողմը նշել է «Աղդամ-Խանքենդի ճանապարհի օգտագործմանը զուգահեռ Լաչինի ճանապարհով երթևեկության ակտիվացումը», «Լաչինի սահմանային անցակետով տասնյակ հայ բնակիչների երկու ուղղություններով երթևեկությունը» (չակերտները - Tert.am)։
Միլլերը հայտնել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ը խորապես մտահոգված է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար իրավիճակի վատթարացմամբ՝ պարենի, դեղորայքի և արժանապատիվ գոյության համար անհրաժեշտ այլ ապրանքների մատակարարման շարունակական արգելափակման հետևանքով:
Նա ընդգծել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ը վերջին մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում շարունակաբար աշխատել է կողմերի հետ՝ ապահովելու մարդասիրական օգնության մատակարարումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությանը:
«Մենք կրկնում ենք մեր կոչը՝ անհապաղ վերաբացել Լաչինի միջանցքը հումանիտար, առևտրային և ուղևորափոխադրումների համար»,- ասել էր նա։
Միլլերը նշել էր, որ Բաքվի պաշտոնատար անձինք և Ստեփանակերտի ներկայացուցիչները պետք է անհապաղ հանդիպեն, որպեսզի պայմանավորվեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տղամարդկանց, կանանց և երեխաներին կենսական նշանակության սննդամթերք հասցնելու եղանակների մասին, ներառյալ՝ մատակարարման լրացուցիչ երթուղիներով։
«Եվ վերսկսեն քննարկումները բոլոր չլուծված հարցերի շուրջ: Մարդասիրական օգնությունը երբևէ չպետք է դառնա քաղաքական տարաձայնությունների պատանդ»,- հավելել էր ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան։
