Ու միայն որակյալ կրթությունը կարող է տալ մրցունակ գիտելիք, միայն ժամանակակից ու արդյունավետ կրթական համակարգն է ի զորու բացել դեպի հաջողություն տանող դռները։

Այսօր Գիտելիքի և դպրության տոնի խորհուրդն այն է, որ սովորել պետք է անընդհա՛տ, մի՛շտ ու յուրաքանչյուրի՛ս։
Մենք պարտավոր ենք մեր երեխաների մեջ դեռ մանկուց սերմանել սեր առ կրթություն, նրանց համար ապահովել կրթական այնպիսի միջավայր ու հաստատություններ, որտեղ սովորելն ապահով է ու անվտանգ, հաճելի ու հետաքրքիր։
Սեպտեմբերի 1-ը հատկապես կարևոր է նրանց համար, ովքեր առաջին քայլերն են անում դեպի դպրոց, դեպի ԲՈՒՀ՝ բացահայտելու նորն ու հետաքրքիրը։

Սիրելի' դպրոցականներ, ուսանողներ, ուսուցիչներ և դասախոսներ, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս՝ Գիտելիքի օրվա կապակցությամբ։
Կրթության մեջ արված յուրաքանչյուր ներդրում, ջանք ու եռանդ անպայման ետ է վերադառնալու հաջողության, ձեռքբերման ու նվաճումների տեսքով։

Եվ թող երբևէ չմարի նորը սովորելու ձգտումն ու վառվող ցանկությունը։ Համոզված եղեք՝ ցանկացած նպատակ իրագործելի է, երբ կան գիտելիք ու աշխատասիրություն:
