Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի և Գիտելիքի ու դպրության օրվա առթիվ:

Հարթ ու կանաչ ճանապարհ եմ մաղթում նոր ուսումնական տարում առաջին դասարան եկած մանուկներին և բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունված երիտասարդներին: Առջևում ձեր առջև բացվելու են միանգամայն նոր կյանքի դռներ, երբ յուրաքանչյուր օր ձեր համար ինչ որ նոր բան եք բացահայտելու, նոր գիտելիքներ ու կյանքի փորձառություն եք ձեռք բերելու: Աշխատեք առավելագույնս օգտակար ու արդյունավետ օգտագործել այս ժամանակահատվածը: Այսօր ստացած ձեր կրթությունը վաղը դո՛ւք օգտագործելու եք մեր հայրենիքն առավել բարեկեցիկ ու զարգացող դարձնելու համար: Ուսումնական հաստատության շեմը հատեք հենց այս գիտակցությամբ: Հիշե՛ք, որ գիտելիքն անգնահատելի ուժ է և միայն կրթվելով ու գիտելիքների լուրջ պաշար ձեռք բերելով է հնարավոր իրականացնել բոլոր նվիրական երազանքներն ու ցանկությունները:

Տոնական այս օրը ուզում եմ ուզում եմ իմ անսահման հարգանքն ու երախտագիտությունը հայտնել ուսուցիչներին ու դասախոսներին՝ իրենց կատարած անգնահատելի աշխատանքի համար: Նրանք կարևորագույն դերակատարներ են մեր երեխաների կրթման և դաստիարակման գործում: Հենց նրանցից է կախված, թե ինչ գիտելիքներ են ստանալու մեր երեխաները ու բարոյական ինչ սկզբունքներով են առաջնորդվելու այս կյանքում:

Առանձնահատուկ ջերմությամբ շնորհավորում եմ շրջափակված Արցախի մեր բոլոր դպրոցականներին ու ուսանողներին, նրանց մանկավարժներին ու դասախոսներին, որ անկախ ստեղծված անմարդկային պայմաններից շարունակում են կառչած մնալ իրենց հող ու ջրից, շարունակում են ապրել, կրթվել ու կրթել իրենց պատմական հայրենիքում: Փառք ու պատիվ ձեզ:
