Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործելաոճը, պետք է կանխել իրավիճակի հետագա սրումը․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ
POLITICSՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ․
«Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը կրակ են բացել ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթքի և Նորաբակի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով հայկական կողմն ունի 4 զոհ և 1 վիրավոր: Ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ կիրառել են նաև ականանետեր և անօդաչու սարքեր:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այս ընթացքում բազմիցս ահազանգել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը, նպատակ ունենալով նախապես ծրագրավորված ռազմական գործողություններ իրականացնել, միտումնավոր, համակարգային կերպով ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածում:
Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ոտնձգությունները, որոնք զուգորդվում են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքների նկատմամբ նկրտումների վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանական կողմից տարբեր մակարդակներով, ինչպես նաև տարբեր պետական լրատվամիջոցներով պարբերաբար հնչող հայտարարություններով ու ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությամբ, հանդիսանում են ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման միջոցով առկա հարցերը կարգավորելու, սեփական կամքը պարտադրելու Բաքվի ագրեսիվ քաղաքականության շարունակությունը:
Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը վերացնելու հասցեական կոչերի և աճող ճնշման պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող այս սադրանքը նաև միտված է շեղել միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը և խուսափել իր պարտավորությունների կատարումից:Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի նմանօրինակ ագրեսիվ գործելաոճը, որն ուղեկցվում է արդեն 8 ամսից ավել տևող Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի փաստացի պաշարմամբ, և կարող է լրջորեն խոչընդոտել տարածաշրջանում կայունություն և տևական խաղաղություն հաստատելու ջանքերին: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերահաստատում է իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները պետք է դուրս բերվեն ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից։
Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանն ու տարածաշրջանում իրական կայունությամբ շահագրգիռ դերակատարներին առկա մեխանիզմների կիրառմամբ և գործուն ու հստակ քայլերի միջոցով զսպել Ադրբեջանի օրեցօր սաստկացող առավելապաշտական վարքագիծը՝ իրավիճակի հետագա սրումը կանխելու և Ադրբեջանին կառուցողական դաշտ վերադարձնելու նպատակով»:
